On the first floor we have: 1 Dining Room, 1 Kitchen, 1 Living Room with fireplace, 1 Office & Family Room, 1 Bathroom with Jacuzzi Bathtub, 1 Bathroom with walk-in shower and hydrotherapy jets. The neighborhood is quite, safe and there is free street parking. We are located 15 min by car from JFK Airport and 10 min walk to the train station.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Fully private apartment ...private bathroom, private bedroom with queen size bed, private living room with 2 couches & 1 futon with a separate private entrance, private kitchen (please note dishwasher is inoperative & not listed as an added amenity). Equipped with modern decor, ROKU smart TV, wifi, backyard patio & inground pool. Pool is seasonal & open from Memorial Day until end of September. Pool is limited to Airbnb guests listed on reservation only. Pool hours are 8am-8pm.
