Great place to stay in this district of London. very clean and spacious, hosts were very friendly and fast to respond, all amenities worked well. Some good restaurants and shops around, bus stop right at the house, and close to Gants Hill station, too. Thanks for our pleasant stay!

Very clean, well appointed, apartment suitable for families. Great location if you need to be in Ilford, close to Central Line Tube. Very clear and helpful communication. Bagel store downstairs a bonus!

To say that my son and I had a good time is an understatement!!!! Everything matched what I read on the listing. Very clean apartment, tidy and very comfortable; the metro is a 5/7 minute walk away that takes you to central London in 35 minutes. Even in the evening the area is very peaceful. As written, breakfast was included and as soon as we finished what we needed, Carl immediately replenished us. It has stairs, but you can go up and down comfortably. I highly recommend Carl's house.
