Our property is located in the heart of the Vilstal valley and yet in a completely secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is active, and work is done here. We have many chickens, suckler cows, bees, and our two Labrador girls, Caro & Maya, who roam around freely. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The house is located in a quiet residential area and has a well-kept garden. It is centrally located between Mühldorf and Altötting, minutes to the highway towards Munich. Bike along the Inn, for example to Passau.
