Renovation of the old "casello" of the Limonaia al Pos di Piovere offers a unique breathtaking view. It is spread over two floors: entrance lounge area and kitchen with unique view of the lake; the second floor is accessed by an internal staircase, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The couch in the living room accommodates two people. In the bedroom there is a large double bed as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, floor-level shower, and washing machine. There is an underground parking garage. Tourist tax is paid separately (€ 2.50 per person from 14 years).

In the new Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is located on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. The bedroom is normally equipped with a wardrobe and double bed (160 x 200 m). For a better night's sleep, we chose the Emma mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and illuminated shelf.

In winter, skiing areas can be found in the surrounding area. Beautiful Merano is 35 min away. New: Beds, mattresses and bedding were completely renewed in 2022.
