On 47 square meters of living space and a 70 square meter garden you will find everything you need to feel good, relax and enjoy. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. The couch in the living room accommodates two people. In the bedroom there is a large double bed as well as a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, floor-level shower, and washing machine. There is an underground parking garage. Tourist tax is paid separately (€ 2.50 per person from 14 years).

In the new Klima Haus-Standard A-Nature, the modern 2-room apartment with large kitchen is located on the top floor. The kitchen island is equipped with comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work, dining and game table. The Bora stove is a nice addition for hobby chefs. The bedroom is normally equipped with a wardrobe and double bed (160 x 200 m). For a better night's sleep, we chose the Emma mattress. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with rain shower and illuminated shelf.

Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. 15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Chalet De Ultimis is located amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ulten Valley in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol. The rustic-modern vacation home features an open-plan kitchen-living room with cooking island, a dining area with panoramic views, a couch area with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. It can therefore accommodate 6 people.
