The house is comfortable for families on vacation, because it turns out there is one extra empty room that can be used as a place to pray or put things/suitcases. The house is bigger than it looks in the picture. Water flows fast, minus the sound of the engine that sounds if we use the tap. There's a dining table and a fridge that's useful even when you're on vacation and not cooking. Overall it's very comfortable and enjoyable to stay here. Maybe the suggestion for the lock box could be slightly improved because it's very difficult to open even though the pin combination has been entered.

Seriously, one of the best places we've ever stayed in. The apartment is spacious, the interior is excellent, the pool is fantastic, and you'll find everything you need here. However, the biggest thing for us? The people. Ben and Galuh made our time there a one-of-a-kind experience—it's been a while since we've made friends with others so quickly, haha! The place is comfortable and meets expectations. The parking area is easy to use, and there is a bathroom in every room. Overall, it's very functional, and we had a memorable family trip while staying at Omah Loji. The availability of additional appliances like a rice cooker, microwave, and complete kitchen utensils made our group vacation more enjoyable. Furthermore, the surrounding area has many points of interest, such as cafes and souvenir shops, which added to the pleasant experience.

My family and I LOVED our stay at this listing! Rooms are spacious and comfortable, all of the AC works nicely, airflow and air circulation were good, we felt right at home! The host is also very helpful and responsive. He helped us to settle in and made sure that we knew how everything works before leaving. He was also proactive in reaching out to us to make sure our stay goes smoothly. Another huge plus point was when we got stuck in traffic on our way back from Borobudur temple, they were super kind to let us have a late check out. We will definitely come back here again next time we stay in Jogja and we highly recommend this listing for groups of friends or family!

Astrid and her helper, Irfan, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and we loved all the rooms—the interior is chic and thoughtfully designed. Just a couple of things that could be improved: the water pressure was quite low, and we found the kettle in a moldy condition.

With this price point we get value for money to stay with 3 BR villa. BR very clean. Better if bathroom has water heater in the future. Thanks Arti Villa.

A very nice apartment to stay with wood & industrial aesthetic furniture. Sarah has been a very nice and accommodating host as well. Had a pleasant and peaceful stay!

The host is pretty responsive but got some problem with water leakage inside the room. The location is afar from downtown but you can find convenient store here and there.

We had a lovely stay here. The place was great. There was a water dispenser which was great as it had cold water. The TV worked great as well as the AC. The place was very clean.

Great place to stay during holiday. everything you need is almost available so you just need to buy less things you feel empty. Great service and information. You feel like being appreciated. The only issue is to fix your AC living room at some point.

We stayed at JSH as a family of 4 people, incl. a toddler. JSH is a great place for family. Tina paid attention to small details for her guests, e.g. in our experience, high chair and baby-friendly food utensils. Although the property is located in old apartment complex, Tina managed to upgrade her property, so it feels nice and comfortable. The property is well-facilitated, even Tina managed to assist with certain additional requests. Regarding the apartment complex, there is a swimming pool and gym available in the apartment complex. The location is relatively close to city center, so it only takes less than 15 minutes of driving to get there. There are many restaurants within radius of 5 kilometres.

The place is very interesting, the owner is very responsive and sprightly.

I had an amazing stay at Yusuf's place! Nice location, easy check-in, responsive owner, super clean and great interior! Yusuf even provided me with snacks and drinks; seemingly a small gesture, but it meant a lot! Thank you so much for your great hospitality! The apartment is in the university area, lots of eateries & laundry places around. Free parking, easy check in check out. The host is very responsive. The sound is heard from outside, but because the apartment area is a bit quiet, it's not noisy.

Would stay here again!
