Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Large house near Kungsberget and nature

Large house with proximity to Kungsberget, 15 minutes from the house by car. Kungsberget offers downhill and cross-country skiing. For cross-country skiing, Jädraås, Järbo and Högbo Bruk are also recommended, all of which are close to Kungsberget. Ice fishing is offered in most lakes in the area of Jädraås. Visit Jädraås Fishing Association (jfvf) for more information on fishing licenses and which lakes are available for fishing.
