Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on 1 ½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately not a handicap accessible house.
