Beautiful and peaceful apartment. Nice and helpful owners. The location was good, Sidi Bou Said village in walking distance. Good and cheap eateries around the corner, other restaurants and a big super market 10 minutes by foot. Only once it was a bit noisy, we could hear the steps from the person on the next floor, other than that quite quiet. Overall a good experience and we would come back!

I recommend it blindly for those who want to enjoy a good rest in a soothing setting. Very responsive host, clean and very functional apartment. A beautiful quiet beach within an hour's walk or 10 minutes drive. We'll be back!

Apartment looked exactly like the photos. 15mins away to the beach. Perfect location in Marsa, safe, very clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need! Communication with Seif and Med Ali was excellent, very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Had no issues during my stay, and their flexibility at check-in was a big plus. I'd love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Had a great time at Anna's place! The apartment is as described, very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Amina is a very responsive and friendly host! She greeted us beautifully in her apartment and gave us a list of recommendations for contacts and places to visit. She immediately put us at ease with her kindness and explained everything there was to know about the apartment and the city. She is a very responsive and very generous host who made our stay go very well. The apartment is in a very good location, in the city center, next to shops, cafes, restaurants, banks and everything we could need. Small positive point of course for the decoration of the apartment which is beautiful and we liked it a lot! We are delighted with our stay and highly recommend Amina's accommodation! ☀️

I totally reconmend staying in this beautiful apartment and will be back myself by the end of the summer. The apartment has a beautiful balcony and everything you need for your stay. The location is perfect - Aouina is a neighborhood where everything is close by and it is very lively. At the same time, both, La Marsa (the sea) and the city center are easy to reach by taxi. Mohamed is an amazing host who is very friendly and replies quickly to every question and request. Thank you for making this stay so enjoyable!

The view from the apartment is amazing and there was access to a very private beach you have to find the stairs that leads to the beach. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores! Had an amazing dinner at the Four Seasons Hotel just up the road!

We were lucky enough to stay in this apartment for a month. It was in the center of La Marsa, next to cafes, shops, the market, the TGM, and most importantly a 5-minute walk to the beach. Even so, it's very quiet at night. The living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are all individual, which is very good. The wifi and TV work very well. Yes, it's on the 3rd floor, but it gives you access to the terrace which is beautiful, especially the sea view. Mr. Aymen the concierge was very nice and available if you need it. We hope to be back!

The appointment it was very good and clean but so far for the city and you don’t have any grocery store beside apartment I think if you live there you need the car that’s all I wanna tell but the apartment it was very big and very clean and good location but I tell again know any grocery store no Restaurant if you again for a quiet area I think this apartment but if you’re looking at the store location restaurant is not there I don’t thank you so much for my friend. You will take care of me and you good guys. Yeah it was very nice with me and maybe I come back again but with with car with me and thank you so much appreciate for all if I give how many star in this apartment I give five star as very nice and clean .

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

It was better then expected

we had a great time. The mall is right across the street from the resistance. No need for a car to eat or shop. Every time I go down to Tunis I drop off my suitcases. I highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
