Julie went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy during the entirety of my stay. Clear cut communication was given throughout my stay. I stayed for almost 3 months. Room is equipped well with tv, bed, 2 tables, kitchen, washer, wifi, ac, and heated floors! Tram located 10 mins away and Uijeongbu station is about 16 mins away both on foot. Thank you Julie for the lovely welcome to Uijeongbu and thank you for the kind gestures and making sure that I was well. I appreciate you for being so thoughtful. Merry Christmas and Happy new year!

Location is convenient and even in a 25min walking distance to Hongdae which is great when you miss the last train :) The host was very welcoming and responded always almost immediately when we had questions. Check-In instructions were clear and the rooftop was also beautiful to enjoy! All in all had a great stay and would def. book again! On the way to subway is a local market and a Conbini 2min by walking which is open 24 hours. Cute Café‘s and bakery. And below the complex is a fried chicken place where we picked up late night chicken more than once :)

At first it was a bit difficult to find the place because the street was dark but finally I got help from 2 local girls who spoke to the landlord on the phone and helped me get to the place. The place was clean and the property owner turned on the heat and air conditioning prior to my arrival so that was nice. There was always hot water and also had everything you needed to get a good shower. The property owner is a very nice person and always responds to your messages quickly. He also agreed for me to leave the apartment late because one of my bags were torn. I had a very good rest and I definitely recommend everyone to come visit the city of Uijeongbu and use Dohun's property. I will definitely be back there again and also recommend my friends to use this property service Thank you so much Dohun the property owner

I liked everything: great location, proximity to the metro, excellent transport accessibility; within walking distance of mountains and beautiful places for walking; many restaurants and cafes, coffee shops, shops.
