Must be 23 years old to book! This old house is charming and peaceful with a bit of Victorian flare. It has 12 ft. Ceilings and the original wood floors with lots of character. A little old with the new. It’s centrally located on the east end. Only a 15 min walk to the beach! I provide beach towels and there’s an outdoor shower to rinse off before going up to relax. Alot of great restaurants are in walking distance! Only a two mile drive to the cruise port and the Strand.

I booked this house last minute due to the original house I booked got canceled by the tropical storm. This house had great views from the patio. Also the beach is walking distance. The host was quick to respond. Upon time to check out I realized I lost my wedding ring upon messaging the host after checkout to let her know, her cleaners found it and she called me right away to let me know it was found. Thankfully I was able to go back to the house to get it. I will be booking this house again! Needless to say book the house it’s perfect for a family get away! Best experience I have had!

Bikini and Martini

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Gloria was so kind and made checking in and out a breeze. We were there first guests and she made sure to make us feel welcome! The home is absolutely stunning inside and well decorated. It felt like a stay at a luxurious resort inside and there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep and spend time together comfortably. My family and I will certainly be back when we want another Galveston stay cation. Gloria was a wonderful host!

Location was great! Walking distance to a quiet beach on the West End. Beautiful home, very clean. Two little things could be improved: the A/C struggles in the heat/summer/humidity. Fans in every room + dehumidifiers in order to help. Second, the washing machine didn't spin very well (clothes were soaking wet). Those were minor issues since we weren't home much and didn't "need" to do laundry, though it would have been helpful. Overall, the host was great, communicated clearly, and even refunded us for 1 day of our trip since we had to cancel due to a hurricane/storm. I would stay here again.

This place has everything - fabulous food, great hosts, good location that’s a quick walk to the beach and downtown, and quiet comfortable rooms. We loved our true bed and breakfast experience. Our hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was perfect for us because we’re not super touristy and don’t love big crowds and fussy places. This stay was stylish without being stiff and empty. A truly memorable experience all around!

loved my stay, my wife and I had our anniversary here and we could not be happier. the owners themselves we're very kind and accommodating to our needs and the breakfast in the morning was absolutely delightful.

Polly and Jeff are amazing hosts. Warm, friendly and accommodating. They obviously love being BnB hosts. The location is absolutely perfect and easy to get to with plenty of street parking. The food was outstanding and the daily afternoon snack left out for all the guests to nibble on was a perfect touch after being at the beach all day. Just simply fabulous. Highly recommend and we WILL be returning in the future.
