The view of the beach from the top terrace is beautiful, and the sunset is always visible from the street or backyard. the accommodations inside were always useful with the complimentary seasoning and utensils that always came in handy. honestly, I would rent this place out again for me and my family the next time we want a comfortable little home only a few feet away from the ocean. 10/10 experience.

Great house to stay at very clean and close to the beach. Only recommendation is to bring everything you might need. They supply a few things like towels for the master bath but not the other bathroom and a very limited amount of paper products.

First I have to thank the host for the always fast response in any time, Really appreciate that!! We had a lovely great quite stay, the weather was bad so we stayed most of the time at home and we enjoyed it, the house is great and we have almost everything we need!! Highly recommended!!

We had the best time staying at this place. From the babies to the adults, everyone had a great time! Ahsia was very friendly and responded quickly to our messages. The home was beautiful and so spacious for our family of 19. The kitchen was great and there were several spaces to dine. Everyone loved their rooms and private bathrooms. The location was easy to get to and had enough parking for all of our cars! Plus it's close to Galveston but far enough away to avoid the traffic. Even with all of that, the bonus without a doubt was the indoor pool!! We would definitely stay again!

This was a wonderful place to stay on our vacation to Galveston. My kids loved staying on the canal. We appreciated all the equipment for both canal and ocean adventures. The home was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. For example, it was wonderful to have nightstands with lamps and many plugins beside each side of each bed. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back to stay again.

Love the house, the beach was right the corner. Clean and great hot tube. Great host, answer right away to all my concerns.

We had an amazing time in Galveston and this house was a very peaceful and private home. The place was very clean. Definitely remember to go through the tall gates to find the unit.

Very nice and small area with beautiful old fashioned-decor. Everything is just as described on the listing page, and area is very peaceful and walkable. Very friendly neighbors and nice paintings and decorations for the apartment. Would recommend stay.

Was such a great place for our getaway weekend in Galveston! The space was perfect for me and my fiance, the place was very clean! The location was great, a half mile from the beach and next to all the good spots. We would definitely stay here again! They had a full length mirror in the closet which was nice when getting ready, had plenty of towels in the bathroom. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We felt comfortable walking around, even the cute little Corner Pocket bar was awesome just a few blocks. Thanks again for letting us stay!

Thanks so much for having a great place to stay. I bring my kids down every year for spring break. This was our 5th time coming down but our first time not staying in a condo on sea wall. I can’t believe I’ve never gone this route before. The place is huge. Perfectly located next to the beach. Everything I needed was in the house. The free golf cart and hot tub were an awesome bonus. Our host Carrie was THE BEST host I have ever had. She was so friendly and personable. Her professionalism was amazing and she made sure we were happy and taken care of the whole time. I’m so happy to have met her. From here on out we will definitely be coming back to your place because it was perfect. Thanks again for having an awesome place to stay and I can’t wait until next year!!

A great and peaceful location, perfectly in range of everything on the island. This was my first time setting up a trip and the host made it so easy. I would definitely comeback and recommend the place to my friends and family.

The condo was perfect! It looked just like the pictures. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. It was cozy and very well decorated. I highly recommend!

Location was perfect and down the street from the wedding we were attending. It was easy to get in and out with plenty of street parking. Room was clean and cool. We truly enjoyed our stay in Galveston.

Evolve’s place was definitely one that me and my family will be staying at again. It was very well kept up, it was clean and felt right at home. It was a peaceful location and had one of the most beautiful views. I would 10/10 recommend this location to family and friends.

The condo was beautiful, with a great view and great access to the beach - which was our goal. It was nicely decorated and excellent for our family get-together.

Really impressed with this listing! Things that stood out to me: really great AC, comfortable mattresses, cozy couch, large balcony with awesome view and plenty of chairs, thoughtfully decorated with hooks for all the things, nice kitchen stocked with just enough basics, wide open lawns with plenty of grass, easy walk to the beach, secluded beach without cars or tons of people. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! The only downside was that the washer / dryer unit looks to be from the 80s and didn't work for our stay. Would've been really nice to do laundry before coming home, they offered an appliance maintenance appointment on our last day and we declined assuming it would not just be an immediate fix.

Smaller then expected but still the perfect size for our family of 6. Not much for storage of luggage but the closet and under the bunk bed worked out fine. I love having a fully functional kitchen and an ocean view. Communication was super easy. Check-in was a little confusing but that had more to do with the guard then anything. Make sure you stop and call the number if no one is in the guard area when you first arrive. There are no instructions that you absolutely must stop with the guard first and the guards aren’t too friendly. Since no one was there when we first arrived we had everything we needed to go to our room so we did….we unloaded first then we met the guard…..she didn’t like how we did that and let us know, lol. Other then that it was a great stay.
