Detached villa (82 sqm) with many preserved original details and large yard with play area. Living room: new sofa bed for one person. New smart TV. Kitchen: nice original kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, freezer and fridge. Bedroom 1: new double bed. Bedroom 2: new family bed (90/120-200 cm). Bathroom: toilet, bathtub with shower. Other: Access to washing machine in the basement, Wi-Fi and fast broadband through fiber. Parking for 2-3 cars. Close to the city center and Djuptjärn with exercise tracks and disc golf course.

Racksund is a perfect place to start from if you are interested in outdoor activities, hiking and fishing or just want to listen to the silence. If you are interested in climbing peaks, there are many both for beginners or more experienced. Map and information are available about most of the peaks. 200 meters to boat launch

On the property there is also a sauna with a wood burning stove and a relax-section, both with big windows to capture the view. Close to Jäckvik, where you find access to lake Hornavan, a super market, gas station, EV-charger, alpine skiing, hiking trails.

It is only a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops, but still the house has a holiday and cottage feel like it would be in the middle of the forest. Newly built special cottage close to Uddjaur. Very good lighting conditions and with beautiful views of the water. Quiet and quiet area with nice outdoor areas. 70 m to the waterfront. Parking space is just outside the main entrance. Mosquito netting for every window. Large fishing water , fishing license is available to buy. Boat socket 150 m from the cabin 13 km from Arjeploeg Municipal Center.
