Sehr sehr saubere, makellose Unterkunft, wunderbare Aussicht, sehr ruhige Lage. Perfekt zum Abschalten. Strände & Altstadt von Alghero ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Valeria nelle settimane centrali del mese di agosto con mia moglie e un’altra coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! La posizione è strategica: a pochi passi dal centro di Porto Torres e dal mare, l’appartamento si trova di fronte a un centro commerciale (fondamentale per potersi rifornire in qualsiasi ora del giorno) ed è nelle immediate vicinanze delle strade provinciali che permettono di raggiungere le mete più gettonate. Dotato di tutti i comfort possibili (condizionatori, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, Wi-Fi, ecc.) ed estremamente pulito, ci ha colpito in particolare per gli spazi che permettono di ospitare insieme fino a 6 adulti senza problemi. Valeria è stata una Host eccezionale: sebbene abbiamo avuto modo di interagire solo a distanza, si è sempre mostrata reattiva, disponibile, amichevole e attenta a far sì che non ci mancasse mai nulla. Insomma, ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour à San Teodoro. Maurizio est un hôte très accueillant, disponible nous sommes arrivés en arrivée autonome ce qui est un plus. le matelas n'est pas très agréable ( selon les goûts de chacun) et peut être penser à installer des rideaux occultants pour la chambre. je recommande tout de même de logement et aussi pour sa proximité du centre et de la plage tout se fait à pied 😉

We had a great stay here. 10 mins walk to the beach and about 20 mins to old town. Nice cafes nearby. Elisabetta was a very accommodating host and let us check in early. Would stay again next time in Alghero!

Es ist traumhaft von der Terasse das Meer zu beobachten. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr gemocht (mit Rettungsschwimmerin). Das Konzept der Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Die Gegend regt zur Bewegung an und belohnt mit schönem Meer und schöner Natur. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das hat uns sehr unterstützt.

Schönes Haus in tollem Garten mit Kater und Hühnern. Im Haus gab es alles, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Familie nötig ist. Sogar Spiele für die Kinder. Aber das Highlight ist die tolle Terrasse und der große Garten, in dem unsere Kinder wunderbar spielen konnten. Wir durften regelmäßig den Kater füttern und die Hühner umsorgen. Das hat uns viel Spaß gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.

Super séjour dans ce logement exceptionnel. L endroit est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Bertrand et Charlotte sont des supers hôtes et sont très accueillants. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner de bons conseils pour visiter des endroits merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Romain et Marie

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Monroe - many thanks to Silke and Cinzia for making our stay so enjoyable and in particular to Silke for heating the swimming pool during variable weather in October - a lifesaver with three young children! The villa is well located near San Teodoro town. The swimming pool is well sized, heated and the outdoor terrace is fantastic for eating and relaxing. Bedrooms are all en suite and comfortable. Because we visited out of season (UK October half term), several restaurants and most beach bars in the local area were closed for the season - this didn’t matter as there are lots of great restaurants in Olbia (Essenza Bistrot in Michelin Guide is superb and very child friendly) but still a consideration if going out of season. We really enjoyed Lu Impostu and Spiaggia Cala Sassari (further afield near Golfo Aranci). We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in. Beautiful village, breathtaking surrounding and very close by to many beautiful beaches. We stayed we our two kids and we all loved it. Such a great, convenient and peaceful place. The owner is also very attentive and responsive. Whenever we needed something, she was always happy to help. 100% recommend it.

Caroline est une hôte, réactive et accueillante, qui a été au petit soin et qui nous a donner plein de conseils pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Le logement est idéalement situé, dans un village calme mais proche de toutes commodités (avec voiture). Le logement est atypique mais nous nous y sommes très bien senties, la vue est superbe. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans le logement de Caroline et nous le recommandons.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal mit unseren beiden Kindern in Sardinien. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da und es gab einen großen schönen Garten. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um die Gegen zu erkunden. Wir haben großartige Stände im Norden von Sardinen besucht und tolle Wanderungen in den Bergen und am Capo Testa unternommen. Im Oktober haben schon einige Betriebe geschlossen. Dafür ist es aber nicht zu heiß und nicht zu voll. Super war auch der Markt in Canigione.

Siamo stati molto bene, casa pulita e comoda in pieno centro storico. Silenziosa nonostante un locale sotto che chiude presto. Tante attività organizzate a pochi passi anche per i bambini

Claudia host gentilissima ed amichevole, appartamento con ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità, è stato un piacere soggiornarci.

Schöne Wohnung im Smeralda Suites Komplex. Man hat alles, was man braucht!

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

L’appartement de Patrick était propre et bien rangé ! Des petites attentions ont été disposées à notre arrivée (eau, gâteaux, fruits). Le logement est très bien situé, à, à peine, 2 minutes à pied du centre. Je recommande !

Top notch location and a small but beautiful and functional apartment. We felt like we had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, great shower and eating breakfast by the lemon tree each morning was wonderful.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
