Perfect location just outside of town and close to the family we were visiting.

Excellent place to stay to explore Wayne National Forest! Beautiful scenery and quiet. The house had absolutely everything you need for an extended stay. Gina was also an excellent host! We experienced some vehicle issues over the weekend and the only day that we could resolve them was on Monday (our last day there). She was very understanding and accommodating to our situation. I look forward to staying again!

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay in Rio Grande! The home was perfect and exceeded our expectations! The online pictures didn’t truly capture the charm of the house. Great cabin for our hunting trip. Location is close to public land and not far from Gallipolis if you need to run into town. Cabin has everything you need to be comfortable. We got 18” of snow and had 12 degree temps. We stayed warm, water kept running, and never lost power. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and baking. Host is very responsive and helpful.

First time using Airbnb, and it was great! The slight swaying of the place was a little anxiety inducing but I knew it was gonna because the pictures showed how it was raised and I saw it in another review so we got used to it. The best parts are how clean and cozy it was, and how nice and helpful the hosts were. They gave a lot of directions, and info, plus the guide was helpful for local recommendations and what to see and what to avoid. Everything was clean and in order, everything we expected to see provided. We would definitely stay again.

Staying at Tom's cabin was a wonderful retreat. Tom was very accommodating, we had a long roadtrip and knew we'd be arriving very late. Tom made sure to leave a light on and messaged us clear instructions on how to enter. Wonderful stay, hope to be back again!

My friends and I rented this property as a getaway for the 1 year anniversary of the loss of my friend's partner. This rental was truly lovely and relaxing. We found the property very clean and the beds/couches were comfortable. It was very private and we loved getting to use the ATVs. It's hard to be sad when you're ATVing and hot tubbing with your best friends. The property was also very close to many of the Mothman attractions we came to town for. We would definitely stay again. And Spooky the cat was so friendly. We are a bunch of animal-lovers, so he was a welcome friend during our stay.

Great beautiful place to stay ,plenty of amenities ,entertainment ,and activities. My wife and I enjoyed playing horseshoe toss,pool and mini basketball. The cabin was relaxing and had a great big walkin shower and whirlpool tub and a big bath tub with shower upstairs. Extremely pet friendly ,our dog loved the outside and lounged around sleeping well and very comfortable the whole time. We really enjoyed all the TVs and fun games to play. Plenty of seating and bed options. Very peaceful place to have fun and get away.
