We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. Ken's place is located on Raccoon Creek. If you enjoy watching the water or fishing, you will enjoy the large dock on the creek with lots of seating. Sitting on the large, covered deck with fans is extremely relaxing on those warmer evenings. The house is spacious and comfortable for a small party. If you enjoy cooking the well-stocked chef's kitchen is for you if grilling is what you love the smoker grill is on the deck for your use. Close to Gallipolis and local hunting areas.
