It is very close to Nîmes (15 min), the Pont du Gard (30 min), the sea (50 min) and the 1st Cévennes rivers (Pont de Mialet, 40 min). This outbuilding is 20 m from our house and leaves you all the peace and quiet near the pool. You will have the best welcome and the necessary help as soon as you arrive. Air-conditioned outbuilding and internet via fiber for work or leisure.

You will be staying at this small cozy studio of 17 m2. You will find all the comforts necessary to spend one or more good nights of rest. The brand new kitchen will allow you to cook there if you want to. Self check-in thanks to the digicode! Nestled at the top of a typical small Gardens village, very close to all amenities (restaurant, bakery, Proxi, doctor...). Less than 20 minutes from Uzès, Nîmes and Alès. 1 hour from the sea, at the foot of the Cevennes.

Welcome to my renovated and ideally located village house: close to all amenities, 10 min from Nîmes, 20 min from the river, 30 min from the Cévennes, 35 min from Pont du Gard and 50 min from the sea. I'll be happy to host you for family stays. The house is fully equipped and stays cool (19 degrees) even in summer thanks to its stone construction. Toys for children (play kitchen, dolls, etc.) can be made available. If you have any questions, don't hesitate.

Close to Nîmes (10 km), city of art and culture. 25 km from Anduze (gateway to the Cévennes) and its beautiful rivers and 45 minutes from Mediterranean beaches. Also close to Uzès and Sommières. You'll love my place for its cozy and well-equipped side as well as the large garden with a terrace with barbecue, hammock and a large above-ground pool. Couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families (with kids) and four-legged friends, you are welcome!!

New independent studio on a beautiful property. You will be completely in the countryside but close to Nîmes ( 10 min ). The studio of about 35 m2 is composed of a beautiful room with kitchen and a bathroom. It is attached to a large villa of 300 m2 on a plot of 2800 m2 on which you can park. Our family of 6 live in the villa on a daily basis. You can take advantage of the swimming pool and bocce court if weather permits.

Close to the hyper-center, this 2 rooms of 30 m2 was completely renovated at the end of 2021. On the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, in a small condominium, parking is free nearby. A 5-minute walk from the historic center and a Carrefour City, 10 minutes from Nîmes Centre train station and the Arènes train station. By car: 12 minutes from the exhibition center and 20 minutes from the Pont du Gard Tgv station.
