Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

The apartment was great for us, we had a good time, made excursions to Annecy and Geneva, also easily accessible by bus in the immediate vicinity Nearby is the Lac de Dornieres with a skate park, pump track, outdoor swimming pool and hiking opportunities. The perfect place to stop on the way south. The apartment has everything you need, parking nearby, town center within walking distance!

We stayed in Kevin’s apartment for one weekend and we absolutely loved it. You have a great view on the French Alps from the big yet cozy balcony. Overall, the location is amazing, as it literally is a 2 minute walk to the lake and the historic centre can be reached within 15 minutes walking distance. Kevin was a great host and I’d like to point out that on the day of our arrival we had a big delay due to heavy traffic, thus we could not arrive on the agreed time but Kevin dealt with it in a flexible and very uncomplicated manner, although we arrived quite late at night. Also, thank you for recommending us great local restaurants and bakeries😊😊

Clean studio on arrival, in all respects in accordance with the description with its very shady balcony! In the old town, probably difficult to access for two elderly people, it is ideally located. So to nitpick maybe, I would put a classic coffee maker to make a big bowl of coffee before leaving on a hike but we had planned it.🌞 Accommodation to recommend without hesitation. Cozy cottage, mountain spirit assured with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, it lacked nothing.t. all. We were greeted with a beautiful Christmas tree, accompanied by small gifts. The cottage was well heated, clean, impeccable bedding, bathroom the same, open kitchen, functional, well-equipped. I would recommend this cottage located in a charming little village. Thanks to the owner.

The house matches the descriptions, well-positioned in relation to the activities we wanted to do, it is in a quiet location, our stay at Isabelle's went very well.

Muriel was very kind and welcoming upon arrival and greeted us in person. She made sure we felt right at home and gave us a few recommendations for hiking and sightseeing. Her place was thoughtfully decorated with antique wooden floors and walls, and we felt like there was a story behind every detail. She also greeted us in the morning and ensured we had a nice stay. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back!

We were delighted with our stay in Groisy. The children had space to play and walk to the Pécher river on foot. The setting is beautiful. Annecy is a 20-minute drive away. The accommodation is welcoming, like home. Thanks to our hosts for hosting us and for the eggs and zucchini from the garden.

Our stay at Cyril's went very well. The apartment matches the photos, a great view of the mountain and Lake Avoriaz, quiet. Good to know: a little walking from the parking lot to get to the apartment (100% pedestrian station). Small downside however for the clic clac, the mattress has lived a little. That said, we had a nice week of family vacation.

I would this property. Great location, with the ski bus every 30min or on foot in 15min, you are at the foot of the slopes. Superb views of the slopes. Cossy listing, as described. Very responsive and friendly hosts.

Very good 48-hour stay. The accommodation is functional, super quiet. You need a car to get around, but the distances to the start of the walks are always around 10 to 15 minutes. Our dog was very happy with the large meadow under the apartment that borders the river to exercise. To be repeated!

We had a great time at Marie-Agnès's place. The place was very clean, impeccable bathroom. The location is ideal and very close to the various stations of the Espace Diamant. Very quiet residence and big plus for the balcony. Very small reservation about the lack of paper towels (roll already well started) and toilet paper, a roll and a half for 1 week is a bit tight. But nothing serious I recommend it!

Beautiful apartment in a great location with magnificent views of the mountains. We could see deer walking around in the evening and in the morning when we woke up. Well-equipped with even board games for children. Very good weekend.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily.
