In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Our annex is a peaceful and rejuvenating place, between lake and ocean. It is the perfect base for exploring the Médoc: Lake Hourtin, the ocean beaches of Pin Sec and Hourtin, Montalivet, Soulac-sur-Mer, the Gironde estuary, vineyards... The accommodation has been recently renovated in a cabin style. It can accommodate: - up to 3 adults, - or 2 adults and 1 child. Possibility of accommodating a 2nd child upon prior request.

Sleeps 4, consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed, a second bedroom with two 90 beds, a sofa bed in the living room, linens provided (duvet, sheets, towels), optional and on request umbrella bed (10 euros). No smoking and no pets allowed. Parking on enclosed grounds.
