Family-friendly vacation rentals in Gaggenau

The flat was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the river, there were many walks to choose from which went directly from the house. There is tourist information in the next village along which can be walked to as its about 3km away. It was not made clear that there is only one bedroom, this is large and has lots of storage so is a nice room, the second bed is actually is a fold away one in the lounge area. This was not a problem for myself and my friend but just something to be aware of if you were wanting more privacy. The flat is self contained but it is within the house itself, there are a number of other flats within the building, if you are expecting it to be separate its not. There was occasionally a small amount of noise from the private part of the house where the host lives but this was not intrusive, just the children playing. Be aware that you will need to pay tourist tax at the end of your stay, its about one euro per person per day.

As a long-term business guest who stayed for a month and a half, I found myself eagerly looking forward to returning to this serene abode each evening. Mila's generosity and joyful spirit were contagious, ensuring that no matter how challenging my day was, I always felt joyous and at home. Her presence added an extraordinary layer of warmth to my stay. To anyone looking for a place to rest but a place to rejuvenate and feel loved, this Airbnb is the epitome of hospitality and comfort. Wir haben drei Tage in Antoines Unterkunft verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden! Antoine war ein äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Tipps für die Gegend brauchten. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von einer kleinen Küche über einen Fernseher mit Netflix und anderen Streaming-Anbietern bis hin zu einer Xbox. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Sauna und dem Jacuzzi, die unseren Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet haben. Die Lage ist ideal, um dem Trubel der Großstadt zu entkommen, und dennoch ist Straßburg mit dem Zug schnell erreichbar. Insgesamt eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft, die wir wärmstens empfehlen können!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Männertruppe, die zum Wandern in der Gegend unterwegs war. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt – von der Anreise bis zur Abreise. Die Lage war top, sauber war es auch, und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Whirlpool ist eher für zwei Personen bequem nutzbar, nicht wirklich für vier – hier wäre ein größeres Modell klasse. Auch die Küche könnte ein kleines Upgrade vertragen, gerade wenn man öfter selbst kochen möchte. Insgesamt aber absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir waren mit unserem Baby da und konnten es dank der Wohnungsaufteilung gut schlafen lassen, ohne uns einschränken zu müssen. Das Bett war bequem und schön groß. Die Nutzung des Schwimmbeckens war super und dank warmem Whirlpool konnte das Baby auch mal planschen. Der Ort selbst war nicht sooo kinderwagengeeignet, aber das sollte kein KO Kriterium sein. Sowohl bei Regen als auch bei Sonne gut zu nutzen für Ausflüge/Saunatag. Super Mix aus Unabhängigkeit mit der Küche und dem Extra (Wohn)Zimmer, und den Annehmlichkeiten eines Hotels wie Zimmerservice oder Massageangebot.

Très bel hébergement conforme à la description, décoré avec soin et cadre extérieur soigné. Logement très agréable, nous recommandons !

Jean Paul et sa femme ont été très accueillants et arrangeants à notre arrivée. Le logement était impeccable, le ménage avait été fait de manière minutieuse et le jacuzzi était un véritable +. De plus, un arrêt de bus se trouvait à 2 minutes à pied du logement ce qui était extrêmement pratique pour nous rendre dans le centre de Strasbourg (20 min de bus). Bref, c'était parfait !

Nous avons adoré séjourné chez Marie et son mari. Les enfants ont adoré l'expérience et la visite du centre équestre. Tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi et l'accueil à été super. Merci encore pour cette expérience nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir séjourner chez vous 😊

Appartement bien situé, accessible en voiture avec une place de parking attribuée. La station de tramway est à quelques minutes à pied et le centre-ville est alors à quelques stations. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation géographique de cet appartement pour profiter d'un week-end à Strasbourg. Ce logement est bien isolé du bruit, environnement calme. Cerise sur le gâteau, la boulangerie à quelques pas, parfait pour le petit-déjeuner!

Appartamento bellissimo e comodo da raggiungere. Corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione. Pulito e completo di tutto. La posizione è meravigliosa, a ridosso dei canali ma molto ben isolata: con le finestre chiuse non si sentiva quasi nessun rumore. Unica difficoltà l'ultima rampa di scale un po' ripida. Bellissimo soggiorno, appartamento consigliatissimo.

Great area if you like to hike scenic trails and eat good food. Bakeries and high quality restaurants are walkable. A larger small town is also a 5 minute drive for shopping, etc. The guest house was in great shape. We had two meals in during our week and it had everything we needed. 1 bathroom, but there is an extra toilet as well off of the porch, which was nice. Regina was very friendly and responsive. 5 stars

Ulrike & Martin, beide super hosts! Zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam, met enorm veel tips voor allerlei activiteiten met ons gezin. We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige omgeving midden tussen de sparren van het zwarte woud 🌲, met drinkwater uit de kraan dat stroomt uit hun eigen natuurlijke bergwaterbron, heerlijk gewandeld, leuke activiteiten voor de kinderen ondernomen. Ja we komen heel vervuld thuis van deze vakantie en bevelen het huisje bij Ulrike en Martin dan ook enorm aan! Lieve groeten uit België

Peaceful family house in a beautiful setting. The perfect escape for a family looking to unplug and enjoy nature. The playground and animals are perfect for kids and the host is friendly and helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la météo pluvieuse qui n’était pas au rdv. À 10mn seulement du golf de souffleheim où nous avions une compétition. La maison est grande très fonctionnelle et très agréable avec un très grand espace vert. Un baby-foot pour des soirées ludiques. José nous a parfaitement accueilli et reste disponible. Nous conseillons sans hésiter la maison de Rebecca et Daniel.

We hebben een heerlijke eindejaarsvakantie doorgebracht in het huisje van Janine. Het was perfect om er even tussenuit te zijn en veel tijd door te brengen met onze kinderen in een heel mooie rustige omgeving. Het huisje is heel goed in orde. We hebben niets gemist. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt en de bedden zijn aangenaam. De kachel maakte het extra gezellig in deze koude kerstvakantie. De kinderen vonden hun prive-zolderkamertje met luikje de max! Alle informatie was duidelijk en de communicatie met Janine was altijd vlot, hartelijk en to-the-point. Het huisje is ook een heel goede uitvalsbasis voor prachtige wandelingen en uitstapjes in de streek (naar de kastelen in de buurt, bezoekje Straatsburg, kerstmarkt van Haguenau, etc). Een aanrader! Marie is a lovely lady living on the next door of the apartment. She is very sweet and friendly and happy to help when needed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Étant un groupe de 4 adultes & 4 enfants, l'appartement est très confortable et fonctionnel. Il est moderne, propre et très bien équipé (y compris les épices & sauces exotiques :)). Les hôtes sont très réactifs, disponibles et flexibles. Peut-être le seul petit bémol est la couverture du wifi (un peu difficile à capter depuis la chambre en bas et la cuisine)

Mobile home très bien équipé avec une vmc (chauffage et clim) très appréciable. Il y a aussi une petite télé. Et un extérieur de qualité. L'hôte etait réactif et efficace.

Lydia et Yvon ont été très flexibles pour notre heure d'arrivée. Le logement était impecable et l'espace extérieur très beau avec la piscine et le joli potager. Nous etions de week-end pour un mariage au chateau d'Osthoffen, il est idéalement placé (20min du centre ville de Strasbourg en voiture et 5min du chateau).

Mooie loft met alle gemakken voorzien. Wij waren er met onze baby en er was een ledikant en verschoonkussen met commodes aanwezig. Erg fijn! We hebben genoten van het zwembad wat we voor ons alleen hadden. Cathy verwelkomde ons op de dag van aankomst en op dag 2 kwam Freddy langs om te vragen of alles naar wens was. Het is een rustig dorpje met alleen een bakker (wel een aanrader)! Mooie omgeving en fijn als je van rust houdt. Binnen een half uur zijn er wat leuke dorpjes te vinden. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

Meine Freundinnen und ich waren zum zweiten mal hier und wieder haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Umgebung natürlich toll zum spazierengehen und wandern, und wie immer klappte die Kommunikation mit Tatjana und Check-in und Check-Out perfekt.
