We are open to reservations and in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at all the properties that we manage. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).

Casa da Costa is a bright and self-sufficient space, just a five-minute walk to the beach. The fully equipped apartment features a balcony with panoramic views of the famous Costa Nova sidewalk and the estuary. It has a bedroom, a full kitchen, a living room with TV and a bathroom. Guests can prepare meals in the kitchen. Alternatively, there are several seafood restaurants nearby.
