Vacation rentals with beach access in Gaeta

Tutto perfetto, appartamento di recentissima ristrutturazione, moderno, arredato con gusto, freschezza e praticità. Dotato di ogni comfort, climatizzazione e tv in tutti gli ambienti. Il patio/terrazzino attrezzato è veramente una chicca. Comunicazione con l’host perfetta, Stefano si è dimostrato oculato e attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti, con simpatia ed estrema disponibilità durante tutto il soggiorno. Stra consigliato e senza dubbio ci ritorneremo :)

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

L'appartamento è curato molto bene creando un'atmosfera di "casa tua". La cucina è allestita di tutto il necessario e infine il piccolo balconcino da una vista mozzafiato su tutta la baia di Terracina. Bellissima vista al risveglio la mattina. Punto di partenza perfetto per varie camminate a piedi, adattandosi un poco agli orari dei mezzi anche ben servita e collegata con tutti punti d'interesse nelle vicinanze.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno di due persone. Roberta ci ha accolto aiutandoci nel trovare subito l'alloggio e ci spiegato tutto con cortesia e simpatia. Cucina molto attrezzata, bagno con doccia molto grande. Inoltre viene fornito uso gratuito di ombrelloni e sdraio. L'alloggio dà direttamente sulla spiaggia attraverso un cancellino privato, servizio molto importante oltre al parcheggio gratuito all'interno della struttura proprio davanti casa.

La posizione della casa rispetta la distanza dal mare indicata. Il parcheggio offerto dalla struttura è utilissimo, evita la ricerca del parchimetro ed un ulteriore spesa. Ho trovato la casa pulitissima ed accogliente. Alessandro poi è una persona eccezionale e dotato di conoscenza del territorio

We traveled to Sperlonga with our small children. What an amazing and beautiful place, the apartment had a spectacular view of the ocean and was very comfortable for us. Our hosts were very accommodating of our many needs including finding a doctor for us on a scary day where our youngest fell sick. Cannot say enough good things about the town, the apartment, and our gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Giulio’s apartment during our trip to sperlonga and it was everything we needed. Having a parking space was very convenient and the location is a short walk to downtown with restaurants and shops. There is private beach access which was also great!

Wir mussten diese Unterkunft super spontan für 3 Tage buchen, weil die Gegend unserer ursprünglichen Unterkunft zu unsicher war. Sicherheit war also unser wichtigstes Kriterium und die Wohnung von Alessia befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Tatsache, dass das AirBnB geräumig ist. Die Terrasse ist sehr angenehm und fühlt sich privat an, selbst mit dem Blick auf den anderen Balkonen der umliegenden Wohngebäuden. Die zwei Badezimmer sind sehr praktisch. Eins hat sogar eine Badewanne, was mit Baby nach dem Strand zum Abduschen echt goldwert war. Der Strand ist ungefähr 5 bis 10 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Es ist Klimaanlage für diejenigen, die sowas nutzen. Wir schlafen lieber mit offenen Fenstern und Ohrenstöpsel (die ferne Straße ist schon ein bisschen laut). Immer wieder gerne :)

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Andrea! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause. Das Airbnb ist nicht nur wunderschön gelegen, sondern bietet auch reichlich Platz, um sich zu entspannen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Es war makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Grillstelle mit Pizzaofen – ein echtes Paradies für Kochfans und ein tolles Erlebnis, das wir sehr genossen haben. Die Nähe zum Meer war ein weiterer Pluspunkt; es sind nur wenige Minuten zu den herrlichen Klippen und dem erfrischenden Wasser. Andrea war ein großartiger Gastgeber, und wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

Carlo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer fantastischen Terrasse. Ausgestattet mit mehreren Sonnenschirmen, Liegen, Esstisch und einem Relaxsofa kann man den ganzen Tag den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer und die rundum entspannte Atmosphäre genießen. Im sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für erholsame Urlaubstage braucht. Die Zufahrt ist genau so, wie Carlo es beschreibt: Je kleiner das Auto, desto entspannter das Ankommen :)

La maison d’Ivo offre un point de vue unique sur la baie et est très bien située pour un accès rapide aux plages et à la ville. Son accès se mérite: on y accède par une ruelle extrêmement étroite bordée de murs. Vive la Fiat 500!

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Sonny con degli amici. È stata una vacanza bellissima, bella casa, bello lo spazio all’esterno. Pulizia della casa impeccabile. Lo consiglierò sicuramente.

Casa immersa nel verde e con vista spettacolare sul mare Tirreno. Arredata con gusto un po retro’ tipico delle case di mare italiane anni ‘60: un tuffo nel passato ma con tutte le comodita’ di oggi. Arredi di camere da letto, bagni e cucina molto completi. L’host molto cortese, flessibile e collaborativo. Un’esperienza molto raccomandata e per noi da ripetere. Marco

Ajánlom mindenkinek, tiszta, rendes, minden működik, szép a kilátás, közel minden. Családdal voltunk, kényelmes volt, tágas és csendes. Mi sem hangoskodtunk, de még így is napközben feljött az alsó szomszéd, hogy hallja, ahogy mezítláb lépünk… egy kellemetlenség volt, az utcán lehet parkolni, kevés a hely, nincsenek bérelt helyek, nekünk sikerült találni egyet, de pár nap után, mivel nem mozogtunk, kiszúrták a két hátsó guminkat. A vendéglátónk nagyon kedvesen azonnal a segítségünkre volt, de a két új gumi 400 eurós költsége rosszul esett… ez természetesen nem a vendéglátó hibája, de talán érdemes az autóval naponta más-más helyre parkolni, hogy a helyiek haragját elkerüljük.

Tutto perfetto, dall’arrivo con ottima accoglienza fino al check out. Tutti i servizi descritti erano presenti nell’appartamento e la comunicazione con l’host è stata semplice ed efficace. Consigliatissimo.

het is een mooi appartement volledig zoals beschreven. De gastvrouw reageerde tijdig op onze vragen. De flexibele aankomsttijd door het sleutelkastje was heel handig, zeker als je vertraging opliep door het vervoer, zoals ons overkwam.

La casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i servizi strutturati in maniera intelligente, e con un meraviglioso balconcino che dà proprio sulla piazza di Sperlonga. Le dimensioni sono pensate per rendere il soggiorno più sereno possibile, abbiamo anche trovato delle cose per la colazione che sono state molto gradite oltre che dei prodotti per il bagno. La cordialità dell'host ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, siamo dovuti arrivare di notte e Vincenzo è stato disponibile nonostante l'ora tarda ad aiutarci con l'apertura della cassetta perché sia io che la mia compagna non riuscivamo ad inserire bene il codice essendo la prima volta che facevamo il checkin automatico; abbiamo avuto anche bisogno di chiedere informazioni sul parcheggio e i lidi ed è stato sempre molto presente e disponibile consigliandoci anche qualche locale dove poi siamo andati a cenare trovandoci più che bene. Lo risceglieremmo perché la posizione è ottima, come la cordialità dell'host. TOP

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

This was a beautiful location with water views from most rooms and a lovely garden. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, gorgeous plants and flowers, and the sounds of the sea. The home was close to the beach, great restaurants, shops, and anything you could need. Anna was a fantastic host. She accommodated our very late check in when our flight was delayed and thoughtfully left food for us for after the long journey. She was proactive with recommendations and responsive whenever we had a question. Her warmth matched the warmth of this beautiful city. We hope to return!

Kjempefin og stor leilighet plassert i porten til gamlebyen. Leiligheten har en flott takterrasse med kjempeutsikt til alle kanter, som vi benyttet mye. Kort avstand til restauranter og kaféer i den nydelige gamlebyen. Bente svarte raskt og var veldig behjelpelig og imøtekommende. Vi kan absolutt anbefale stedet og kommer gjerne tilbake😊.
