We booked a spontaneous short stay in Cesenatico and the place was really nice for that. It's three minutes to the beach, the area is quiet and the amenities are really good! Sabina was very friendly and flexible.

We had a wonderful time in this house! The accommodation is modern, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail – you immediately feel comfortable. There is nothing missing, the amenities really leave nothing to be desired. We were particularly impressed by the tranquility and the fantastic view of the small valley with the olive trees – simply breathtaking. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy. Our family felt very comfortable in this house. It’s convenient that you can leave the car right in front of the window. We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Very nice, quiet and clean place, very comfortable bed. It is accessed by an elevator to the second floor and then there is an elegant staircase that leads to the apartment on the third floor. Easy self check-in. Easy to manage the temperature of the rooms. Great downtown location not too far from public parking for cars. In addition to the two beautiful rooms each with its own bathroom and living room, there is a gem in the loft that creates an additional space to find a corner to read or rest. We had a wonderful stay.

Great house in the middle of italian country side. Garden, environmnent and everything give great italian experience. During eleven days I have chance to relax and forget about city, cars and all the Urban life. Evidently my greatest holiday

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

I stayed at this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the heart of the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of the historic center — really impressive! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

We booked for a fair event with colleagues and had a great time. The house is warm and cozy, nothing is missing! The stay experience was excellent, as was the hospitality and availability of the owner.

first of all, at a communicative level we can say that he is the best host 2) took us from the train station to the apartment (which is no small thing) 3) an unexpected inconvenience happened to the apartment, but he intervened immediately and resolved everything. 4) the accommodation is mega comfortable, sea view, equipped with everything you need maybe if all the hosts were like him thank you very much, we were lucky to have done our experience there. :)

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you
