The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district, bustling with activity in the summer and has a great middle class. The flower garden (butterfly garden) of the cottage offers a lot of privacy and is located right under the windmill, 't Lam. Come here to relax with your sweetheart, away from the hustle and bustle, you will find peace and quiet here and you will wake up to the tits, blackbirds and sparrows (sometimes Sunday from the church bells). At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. 'Ons Stulpje' is a complete, separate appartment with a comfortable kingsize boxspring bed, rain shower and complete kitchen. The jacuzzi can be booked separately (€30 per 2 h timeslot). The (shared) pool can be used in Summer. The airbnb is situated in the quiet countryside town Blankenham, close to tourist attractions like Giethoorn, Blokzijl, Steenwijk and National Park Weerribben-Wieden and Pantropica, Urk, and UNESCO Schokland.

The former bakery has been converted into a cozy apartment. The bakery has its own entrance and has all the comforts, a private bathroom and a kitchenette with refrigerator. A short steep ship's staircase leads up to the bedroom (double bed or two single beds). You will sleep here under the beams. You can use the adjacent (shared) utility room. Here you have access to a stove and combi oven. The reservation is without breakfast.

Forest Cabin is a cosy eco-cabin for 2 persons, situated at the edge of the forest on our green campsite. The double bed of this eco-cabin is made for you on arrival and towels and kitchen linen are ready for you. Every morning we bring a delicious fresh and extensive breakfast to your door, including fresh bread from the local bakery, organic yoghurt and cheese from the carefarm, various juices and many other good things.

Op De Noord – Rural Amsterdam

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.
