Livs cottage is beautifully situated right by the lake with wonderful views. Cozy rooms and nicely equipped kitchen. We went on amazing hiking trips all week on trails nearby.

We stayed with my family 1.5 weeks in the beautiful cottage house of Espen and Freja. It is an amazing place, where time stands still and you can enjoy long walks in the beautiful nature around, spend evenings by the fireplace with a good read, and have some quality time far from the rush of the civilization. The house itself is renovated and equipped with all the amenities you might need. Very clean and neat. We chose to stay during the winter, and despite our initial worries it was super warm and cosy inside. Espen and Freja are wonderful hosts. The house was ready and prepared for us, including some nice seasonal decorations. The beds were also made and bathroom was ready for us. We felt very welcomed. And they stayed close with us, just a message away, at all times. All in all an amazing experience, that we will surely remember for a very long time. Totally recommend their house for those who want to have amazing time, close to the nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Anders' lovely and simple cabin. The peace and the stunning natural surroundings exceeded all our expectations. We celebrated New Year’s Eve here and watched the landscape transform from green to snow-covered—it was absolutely magical. Anders was a kind host, very helpful, and quick to respond. We would love to come back again!

Hyggelig sted i naturskjønne omgivelser.

The place was exactly as described! Clean and efficient. The location was also easy to find on google maps. Barbara was also helpful with directions if in case there were questions. She was very responsive and waited until quite late in the night for us to checkin. There is a small steam behind the cabin and it’s very beautiful. Lot of good pictures can be clicked! Proper heating is available and all kitchen amenities are provided. It was a really good experience of a nordic cabin stay!

Einfach großartig! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Sie haben sich wirklich Mühe gegeben, uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Haus selbst war ein Traum: super schön, unglaublich gemütlich und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Wer nach einer perfekten Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig – wir können dieses sehr schönes Haus und die sehr schöne Umgebung nur wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank nochmals!
