We have a lot of good things to say and a not so good one, which was finally resolved but tarnished our experience. The place is very well maintained despite being a modern house. The garden is lovely, the spaces are very spacious and comfortable. It is a house with many details that make it very interesting, from its art present in every corner to the beautiful antique tableware. It is very well located in a quiet and safe environment. It is possible to get anywhere in a very prudent time. The only drawback we had was the absence of the kitchen service, which was included in the total price. The person in charge gave excuses at the last minute, which changed our unexpected plans. Finally with Florence we resolved the issue of cooking by deducting it from the total. In conclusion we really enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy at this place. The reality of the house is much nicer than the photos. It is cozy, quiet, it has everything to be able to live quiet on the days of stay. Communication with Monica and Alejandro was super easy. Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful place. 100% recommended.

My expectations of the accommodation were fully met, it is as described in the app. A new cabin, comfortable, clean, modern, well organized and with everything you need to enjoy a few days of rest. The tranquility is in the air and the privacy, which for me is priceless, are factors that invite relaxation and disconnection. Victoria and Margarita are always ready to answer any questions from the very first minute, very good hosts, concerned that the stay is the best possible. Yes, I recommend it 101%, and yes, I would come back anyway

Everything impeccable, the house easily fits 2 comfortable families, the beautiful environment, the communication was perfect, always attentive to any doubt or inconvenience, close to the lake, very quiet, we had a wonderful time.

I honestly loved the place, the cabin is very nice and everything is clean, Gabriela is a sweetheart and clear in everything, the photos really don't do justice to what the view and the place are like, it's really spectacular, access looks complex but don't panic! I saw many city cars go up without problems. I recommend the place 100%. Also, with the hot tub and the view you will have a safe rest and relaxation, we had a great time!

A good place to stay and disconnect, minutes from panguipulli and Oscar it was very clear when giving directions, very well equipped cabin, I would definitely come back.

We've stayed at many Airbnb's over the years in the Americas and Europe, but Carlos's house on the shore of Lago Ranco is by far our favorite. The house itself is uncomplicated but beautiful. The kitchen is better equipped than any we've seen, and the bedrooms and bathrooms have the highest quality linens and towels. It is the house of people who love living there. And who wouldn't.?The garden runs right down to the shore of Lago Ranco and the views across to the Andes are unparalleled. The hosts, Carlos and Renate, the gardener Don Tine and the housekeeper Monica are among the nicest people we've met in Chile, friendly and full of advice. A++!

Great place and would stay again

The place is very nice, you have to consider that it is 15 minutes from Panguipulli in a rural area (not where the location appears on the map), however that was not a problem for us and at night we saw the stars without the city lights and it was really beautiful. In general it is well equipped with everything you need, there is room to make a campfire and a trampoline for children, but it is important to consider that there were no towels.
