Great place if you’re visiting someone near Yokota AB. Very spacious and has everything you need. Also the walk to Haijima station was very easy.

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transit, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which was a big plus. The host was also very responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and checking in to make sure everything was going well. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. It felt like a home away from home!

I didn’t have to do any shopping during my stay because the place was so well equipped with amenities. The place was very quiet that I could concentrate on my project. The host responded so quickly whenever I had questions. It was so comfortable that I didn’t not want to leave after spending for two months there. I would definitely recommend the place.
