The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the deck and garden areas with the ocean view. The kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed for cooking and coffee. The beds were comfortable and I really liked the automatic shutters that blocked out light well for sleeping. The host was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the house next door is under construction and the noise was pretty loud starting at 8:30 am every day except Sunday. We spent most of the day time out of the house exploring but if there had been bad weather, the noise would have prevented us from relaxing/reading.

There was a moldy smell in the place so I recommend to open the screen door whenever you use the washroom or during the day but everything was 10/10. The place is easy to find, the neighbourhood is very peaceful, you’ll have a beautiful beach view and a very helpful host.

Jackie's place exceeded our expectations. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and clean with an exceptional view with daily sunsets. We even got to watch a surfing competition from our living room. Jackie is very responsive and non intrusive and gave us some excellent dining and other recommendations.

Appartement spacieux et propre. Situé dans le village avec les commerces et restaurants à proxiléger. Pratique pour rayonner sur toute l'île. Seul bémol l'appartement se trouve sur une place avec des Églises qui sonnent les cloches à toutes les heures même la nuit. Mais avec le temps on s'y habitut. A déconseiller pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil légé.

La casa está bien ubicada , cerca de supermercados y de cualquier punto de la isla . Viajamos con un bebé y todo estaba adecuado , nos pusieron cuna y trona para él. Tenia un jardín donde pudimos disfrutar. La zona era tranquila aunque en la parte más baja del barrio es algo hostil, sin embargo como íbamos en coche no fue problema . Además algo a destacar es que no hay microondas ni gel. Por el resto muy recomendable.

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this beautiful villa in São Roque, São Miguel. The central location made it easy to explore the entire island, and we loved being able to walk to several great restaurants nearby. The villa’s southern exposure offered stunning ocean views and provided a sheltered spot from the coastal winds. Inside, the space was modern, spotless, and comfortable, with two balconies that showcased the beauty of the São Roque coastline. Parking was simple and convenient. Hosts Sophia and Fernando were incredibly gracious and always available to help. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gift baskets with local Azorean treats—they were a lovely welcome. This was a perfect home base for our family and made our trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was great with an amazing view the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Apartamento que corresponde às fotos, assim como equipamento e utensílios descritos. Anfitrião bastante simpático, responsivo e atento a todas as necessidades. Pedi para retirar todos os tapetes uma vez que os meus filhos e eu temos asma e o Paulo foi extremamente cuidadoso, a casa estava muito limpa.

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé! Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et Hélio nous a gentiment accommodé aussi qu’il a pu pour nous faire intégrer le logement avant 15h.

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Everything was as advertised and José was super responsive with whatever we needed, including a flexible check in and check out when we had an early morning flight! The apartment itself is spotless and comfortable with everything you need. The included assigned parking space in the garage is clutch, as it makes it easier after a day of exploring to come home and not worry about parking. The building is quiet, safe, secure, and in a great area! I cannot recommend Jose enough and encourage anyone coming to Sao Miguel to skip the hotel and stay with Jose instead! Thanks for the great stay!

The apartment was amazing and in a perfect location! After our magical trip, we truly feel like we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The surroundings were stunning, the hosts were fantastic, and everything was just wonderful. Highly recommend! Local hikes, recommend by hosts were amazing too, you can’t skip them!

Adorámos a nossa estadia. O apartamento fica mesmo ao lado de um grande Pingo Doce, o que foi ótimo para nós. Quartos e sala com vista mar. Apartamento espaçoso e com tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia. Ótima localização para visitar toda a ilha. Recomendo vivamente

Nach vielen Jahren in denen ich Ferienwohnungen genutzt habe, ist diese Ferienwohnung besonders positiv aufgefallen. Die Eigentümer haben sich hier sehr viel Mühe gegeben die Liebe zum Detail entfalten zu lassen. Wir haben uns hier sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und müssen sagen dass es wirklich eins der besten Apartments war die wir je besuchen durften. Die Nutzung des Gartens war wirklich ein Traum und der Ausblick gigantisch. Ebenso außergewöhnlich war die Ausstattung des Apartments. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum kochen benötigt. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen sich selber ein Bild vor Ort zu machen und sich dieses Apartment zu buchen. An dieser Stelle noch mal herzlichen Dank an die Vermieter für Ihre außerordentlich großzügige Gastfreundschaft.

Le séjour a été tres agréable, le logement est impeccable et conforme à la description, équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Très bien placé pour se déplacer partout sur l’île. Bruno a été très sympathique et flexible sur l’horaire d’arrivée. Si vous aimez les chiens, vous serez heureux d’avoir la visite régulière de l’un d’eux! :) Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter.

The home was even better than expected—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It felt cozy and peaceful, like a true home away from home. The host was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. Marcio war ein toller und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war zum wohlfühlen perfekt und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Immer gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen! 😊

Der Kontakt mit Mario war freundlich und unkompliziert, er hat sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Der Check-in war problemlos, man konnte über eine App die Haus- und Wohnungstür elektronisch öffnen. In der Wohnung waren dann die Schlüssel. Die Wohnung an sich war sauber und wie auf den Fotos beschrieben (Wohnung war sogar größer als wir gedacht hatten). Das Doppelbett war relativ hart, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Das zweite Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, hier und da hätte man es aber erweitern können (1-2 weitere Handtücher, mehr kleine Löffel, Tabs für die Spülmaschine, ein Tischchen für den Balkon). Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten, sonst war alles super. Die Lage ist ganz gut, man hat vor dem Haus und an der Straße viele Parkplätze, so dass man immer einen freien Parkplatz finden konnte. Bis zum Hafen und bis in die Stadt musste man ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock, es ist aber ein Fahrstuhl vorhanden.

Beautiful location. Sea view. Big sliding glass doors and wonderful black out blinds. Brilliant shower. Gualter and his wife were perfect hosts, helping with local convenient car hire and taxi too. Always there to help make the trip smooth and special. Great hosts, great apartment, great location. There are sea water swimming pools within 5 minutes walk! We loved this.

André was very helpful from beginning to the end of our stay. Always available if any help or advice was needed. Extremely friendly in communication and checking in with us during our stay to make sure all was okay. Amazing experience and great location. The hot tub was exactly what we needed at the end of an adventurous day! I recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and central location while in Sao Miguel!

Really can’t say enough positive things about this spot. Excellent location right in the heart of Ponta Delgada, walkable to everything. Clean, modern, well lit space with all the amenities, even a curated wine selection. Honestly one of the nicest AirBNBs I’ve ever stayed in and perfect for our family of 5’s stay on Sao Miguel.

Sofia's Airbnb was very comfortable and clean. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The bed was very comfortable, the furnishings were decorated tastefully. Very close to shopping (shopping mall was minutes away).

Great location with an awesome view! We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Easy drive to and from the airport and top attractions on the island. Highly recommend staying here if you visit the Azores!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Ponta Delgada! Der Whirlpool war ein absolutes Highlight – nach einem langen Tag voller Erkundungen der Insel konnten wir hier perfekt entspannen und dabei die atemberaubende Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft genießen. Die Lage des Hauses war ideal: ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen, da die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Sie gaben uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die große Terrasse, auf der wir morgens unseren Kaffee trinken und abends den Sonnenuntergang bewundern konnten. Wir können dieses Airbnb wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal auf den Azoren sind!
