The bathroom has a thermostatic electric shower over the bath. The bedroom has a superking or twin singles. There is a private garden with secure storage for mountain bikes

Baby equipment is available free by prior request. Beautiful hill, woodland, waterfall, valley walks straight from the door. Cadair Idris 20 mins. Great public transport links. Parking on property with bike storage & washing facilities.

Originally stables, the cottage has been sustainably converted to one-up-one-down self-catering accommodation. Double bed, shower, washing m/c, sofa-bed & well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to via public transport. 10 min walk from station and 5 mins to bus stops. Very close to shops, cafes etc. Cycle parking available. There is usually space to park a car on the drive, but be aware that the entrance is a bit narrow. We also have an EV charger. We have swifts nesting between May and August.

Cemaes farm stay

Cemaes farm stay is located in the heart of the dyfi valley,on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park,and only a scenic drive away from the coast! this was actually my sons place but he was working in New Zealand for the winter/spring and I thought it would be a great shame to leave it empty and decided to put it up here so we could share some of the dyfi valley's great scenery in the winter months! please feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions! many thanks,gwenan

The Green Room is attached to our family home, with a comfortable double bed, adjoining wetroom and kitchenette, in a convenient town location, easy access to railway and bus links, and off-road parking. With FTTP internet access, television with a full Sky package (including Sports and Cinema), Blu-ray player with discs and your own key and separate door you can come and go as you please. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Formerly an old tea room, Cuckoo Cabin is now a luxury holiday let. Situated deep within the mountians of Artists Valley, Cuckoo Cabin's bedroom window opens out onto the river Einon that flows through the garden, making it the perfect secluded log cabin retreat.
