Regarding parking, you must park as directed and it is important that you make room for us to get into the shed with a motorcycle and that there is room for the garbage man to get in. What I love most about my apartment is that it's cozy and full of light. No one can peek in, so you can walk around as you like. And then it's so nice to sleep on the loft.
