The place was in a great location for water sports. Communication with Stefano was very easy and flexible, as was the checkout. Also noteworthy was the private parking space and the space offered in and around the property. We'll be back!:)

Stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Lake Como and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The host was incredibly responsive, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

Everything went great, a 5-night stay to ride downhill at the kindom bike. Tidy and clean apartment, kitchen with everything you need and even more. The addition of the pool and spa in the offer is not bad at all. Ilze is very nice, friendly and helpful. Recommended! When we return for our annual bike kindom week, if there is availability we will definitely try to stay here again...

Michele’s place is a treasure! It is so homely and the beautiful surroundings are just unbelievable. Nice walkable grocery store and pizza place. Friendly down to earth lovely people :-) Michele is very reliable and hospitable

Stayed here for five nights. Bellano is really beautiful and this is a great location to sit and look over the town. It is quiet and clean, check in and check out is a breeze, and it's all at a good price. It was great having a washer, as well as all the other amenities provided. I would definitely recommend some mode of transportation to at least get up and down the hill. I rented an Ebike from DM Ebike Bellano Rental which made getting around a breeze. Even getting to and from other towns on the lake can be stressful because the trains only run so late, and it can be tricky for a visitor to figure out which platform to board on

The apartment was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the beamer was a great bonus for movie nights. The terrace was a highlight, offering a lovely space to relax, and having a parking spot in the garage was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place, especially for those interested in cross-country skiing, as the track starts right outside the building. A perfect place to stay in St. Moritz!

I would stay here again. Looking out the window and seeing the beautiful lake and surrounding towns was indeed a treat. Everything that we needed was available. Filippo’s parents deserved more than 5 stars. Picking us up on a later time and taking us back to the station was so well appreciated. And not to forget, the scrumptious pie that mama Follipo baked as a welcome treat. If you’re into hiking, there’s a trail behind. Varenna is like 15 minutes walk to pick up groceries and enjoy the beautiful town.

Marie was a great host. Very kind and accommodating. We really appreciated her letting us stay a bit longer in the afternoon. Thanks you again Marie!
