Newly constructed this Charleston style house offers guests a private bedroom and access to hallway bathroom with shower/ tub combo (devoted to the Airbnb room). Designed with your comfort in mind room is outfitted with a pillow top queen mattress, two-night stands, full-length mirror, secured wifi for your use (code provided upon arrival) and ample storage options for personal items. The calming color palette paired with culturally infused decor gives the classic structure a personal touch and is reflective throughout our home. Living room welcomes you with vibrant natural-light, open floor plan, and 10' vaulted ceilings. Our porches, fire pit, and garden offer outdoor seating and areas of reflection. Guests will have access to kitchen for coffee and tea preparation, living, dining, deck and front porch. Fresh linens, towels, and personal care products provided at the beginning of each stay. You also have an option to send you clothes for wash + fold service. We do live in the house and are available to offer recommendations for the surrounding neighborhoods. We can interact as much or as little as you like. As retirees with active lifestyles who recently relocated from New York, my husband and I are enjoying the process of learning about this historic community and look forward to sharing some of our experiences with our guests. Tucked away on a quiet street, the home is close to East Atlanta Village and downtown Decatur, and steps from East Lake Golf Club. It’s a short drive to local restaurants, boutiques, and live music venues. Bus route 34 is within walking distance. Our home is conveniently accessible by public transportation. Marta (East Lake Station) is 2.1 miles away, and Bus Route 34 is within walking distance. Marta directly connects from Hartfield International Airport and is a viable mode of transportation to get around the city. If you are planning a stay in Atlanta without a rental Lyft and other ridesharing options are highly recommended. Street parking is free if you have a vehicle. Early check-in is an additional $10. We have two very small, clean and friendly dogs that are usually more interested in following us around the house then our guests. They are not allowed in your room but always open to receiving a good belly rub in the common areas. We are a smoke-friendly property for your convenience and because one host is a daily smoker and limits intake to designated areas as to not affect the stay of any of our guests.

A wonderful place for business travel, couples or family. Quaint enough for 1-2 guests, but room enough for 6! *Please note there is NO SMOKING on the property, including the inside, outside & screen porch. So much to do in Historic Marietta or Venture into town and discover its nightlife, shopping, and dining options. Bring your own car or rental car. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Trash can be placed in cans & placed by the road Tues & Wed evening, for Mon and Thur morning pickup. Recycled items can be placed in the can Mon evening, for Tues am pickup. The neighborhood is relatively quiet & we wish to respect the neighbors by not having loud gatherings that would impact them. Outside noise needs to be at a minimum by 10pm.

Living space is perfect for business meetings or you can convert the high end sofa bed to accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Sparkling bathroom. 50 inch TV with Roku and wireless internet. You cannot get more downtown than this location. 5 minute walk to the Peachtree center MARTA train station which is a 15 minute ride directly to the airport. Less than a 10 minute walk to - America's Mart - Phillips Arena - World Conference Center - Mercedes-Benz Stadium - Centennial Park - Coca-Cola Museum - Georgia Aquarium - less than 1 block to restaurants and convenience stores. I meticulously renovated and decorated this place. I tried to think of every thing possible for comfort. Little details, like an outlet on the night stand, have not been missed.. Look across the leafy courtyard from the sun room of a landmark building in Atlanta. Built in 1907 by the famed Southern architect G.L. Norman, this restored apartment boasts eclectic accents such as stained-glass windows and original hardwood floors. This unit is on the first floor level, with an expansive sunroom overlooking the courtyard on historic Ponce De Leon Avenue. Please note that this is an urban setting. The building has been restored with new windows, doors and drywall, even so you will hear faint noises of the city. You will have access to your private unit on the first floor and gated parking for one car. Christina is always available by message should you need her. The apartment is in The Woodruff on Ponce that’s located near all things Atlanta. It’s a few blocks from Ponce City Market, the beltline, and Piedmont Park. Many well-known Atlanta eateries including Mary Mac's Tea Room, Bon Ton and Pappi's are close by. The Woodruff is on the bus line, close to two Marta Stations (Peachtree Center and Midtown Arts)and uber is always within 2 minutes. The city also has Bird and Lime scooters as well as motorized and non motorized bikes. If you are traveling with a car you will have one off street, gated assigned parking space. We can provide only one parking space per reservation. The building has a total of six units. Urban noises may be heard at times. Pets are considered, please ask before booking. You will be given a key fob to enter building and a electronic gate opener if you have a car. If either are lost there will be a $200 replacement fee.
