Felt like a home away from home. Fantastic host and lovely house. So thoughtful that we didnt even have to pull out the device chargers in any room. Everything so thoughtfully provided. And the linen! We had no shortage of towels or napkins. Kitchen was so nice for us to hang out with the kids and have our drinks and meals. We are definitely making this our Atlanta home. This was a very nice vrbo. We were a little hesitant when we realized it was actually in the basement of this home, but it was very clean, stayed as warm as we needed and had lots of room. It was nicely appointed and was stocked with anything you might need. The shower was amazing by the way! Our only problem was the driveway when the upper part of the home became occupied with other travelers. They had several people sharing this space, thus 3 /4 cars. We had to get them to move 3 times in order for us to get into our driveway space that was to the right of the house driveway….one time at 10pm as we arrived back to the vrbo which was a bummer. They were aware they needed to leave us space, as they were advised by Mary, so obviously not owners fault. All in all, it was a perfect place for us for home base as we visited the area and family that live in Roswell.

My husband and I and two small children loved our stay at this home! It was just as described with everything we needed for our three night stay. We had so much fun feeding and interacting with the llamas and alpacas! They were friendly and gentle with our children and loved all the carrot and apple treats! The girls did not want to leave our “llama home!” 10/10 would recommend this Airbnb and would love staying here again!

This place is pretty good. Communication with host was within mins and small issues were corrected within the hour. This is a basement apartment with a trail that leads from the front to the back of the house with a private door. There are a lot of bugs due to the lighting outside, but that GA for you. Overall not a bad place to stay at.

Michael's place was our home base for a family reunion with my three adult children, and I recommend it without reservation. The house is well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. A lovely market, coffee shop, and various restaurants are within easy walking distance. The surrounding neighborhood is charming. The historical Oakland Cemetery is also very close. Additionally, any place else we wanted to go was a quick Uber ride away. I had no problem reaching the house by taking the subway.

My family and a few friends came to visit from North and South Carolina for the Pokémon Tournament/sightseeing Atlanta as well. The house was just as described in the description and photos. Everything was clean and in good condition. Very close to everything and in walking distance to great restaurants all around. If we have a big group, we will look to stay here again!

Jean was the best part about this stay!! I had work to do and didn't get to visit with her as much as I would have liked in the evenings but the time I did get to spend with her was lovely. this place had everything we needed for a short stay. it doesn't look like the photos but in some cases that's good. the description says 1 tv and shows a small bed but there were 3 tvs and a king bed so that was nice. the hosts are also very quick to respond.

The place was absolutly beautiful! Clean and exactly like the photos shown. Host was also very accommodating and fast responsive to check in times and offered a late checkout for a small fee. The front desk also did a great job checking you in and going over details. Definitely plan to book again the next time I come to atlanta!
