If you're considering this place, don't hesitate to make your reservation! The home is so inviting. Jonathan's parents Reyna and Phillip stay on site downstairs. They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable with their kindness and hospitality. The photos of the place are already so nice but they don't do it justice. The whole living space is clean and spacious. The flooring is beautiful. There are two restrooms. 1 full and one half bath making it so convenient with large groups. The beds are comfortable with their layered blankets. There are beautiful balconies and wall to wall books to enjoy. I could go on and on. They also provide snacks and beverages for their guests. It is such a well thought out and generous presentation. They have lots of towels readily available. We would definitely stay here again. It is also a great location, just a few minutes away from eateries and local shopping.

Adele’s place was wonderful, including a super comfortable bed and luxurious bath. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the little extras like the full-length mirror at the end of the hall (we had some formal events to attend). Adele was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Will definitely stay again!

Jessica’s place was great! The property was well kept and neat. The inside was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. The neighborhood seemed decent. The instructions were clear and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely recommend to any small families wanting to stay close to Disney.

Our stay at Suzette's was immaculate. Her two dogs were so incredibly friendly and it was a pleasure to chat with Suzette and Clarence briefly, both so welcoming. The water pressure was great, neighborhood was quiet and safe, and check-in/out was so simple. You really cannot ask for a better AirBnB and it was certainly one of our best stays on the platform. We'd love to return!

Great little place for someone who just needs a place to shower and sleep. No kitchen but there is a small fridge and microwave. The private patio is cozy and beautiful. I am definitely staying there again whenever I go to LA!

Ru was a supreme host! From start to finish he was engaging, suggesting everything from restaurant ideas to things to do while there. He brought up extra water for us when needed and a surprise treat of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice! There were plenty of towels and blankets and a charming deck as well. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend his place for a wonderful stay in LA.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it giving five stars without hesitation. We would rate our overall experience here at the top of our list of all vacation rentals we have stayed at over the years. It is unique, beautiful, cozy and very clean. The hosts are kind, thoughtful and responsive. It’s obvious they made every effort to make the space feel like home. The bed, pillows and Linens are plush and comfortable. They provided a few waters and snacks which were a welcomed surprise after a long day of travel. Also, plenty of coffee, creamer and sweetener for coffee drinkers . They provide many extras that are convenient like a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These are little added extras that made our stay convenient after traveling so far away from home. The best part was the patio that offers beautiful views of the city in such a peaceful environment. We hope to return.

It was a great place to stay for a couple nights! the TV was a huge plus and it was quiet. bathroom and kitchen amenities were clean and wasn’t too small!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot in the Rose Hill area of LA! The surroundings were beautiful—nestled in nature with lots of greenery, birds, and wildlife, yet still just a short drive from all the main attractions we wanted to visit in LA. The neighborhood also had a great variety of delicious food options nearby, which made dining out super convenient. Shanna was a fantastic host—very responsive and helpful. When we had a small issue with the AC, she got it sorted quickly and made sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and peaceful atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again!

Rachel was an amazing host and had everything ready for us from beginning to end. The guest suite was super nice and cozy and she had amazing recommendations of places to eat and things to do. The WiFi was super fast in which was great for work. She also had many amenities and the whole place was super clean. Rachel was a super host, she had an amazing garden just outside our door. Great place - simple with no frills, but easy to get in and out of, and conveniently located if you want to get around Eagle Rock/Highland Park.

Absolutely loved our stay at Lucretia Ave! The space was cozy, cute, and perfectly tucked away in Echo Park—super easy to get to from Burbank airport, which made our arrival a breeze. The location is *chef’s kiss*—walking distance to great coffee and quick breakfast spots, and the street parking was a total dream (rare for LA!). The home itself is super quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciated. I’m usually pretty quiet myself, but I did have a tiny moment of self-consciousness wondering if I was being too loud—just goes to show how serene the space is! That said, everything felt just right and I’d 100% stay here again. Such a sweet spot. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

The Treehouse was a lovely, peaceful getaway from the busy downtown and traffic. Amazing cafe nearby, and nice walks and many places to visit. We used DoorDash with ease given her great instructions. We also enjoyed sitting in the swinging lounge chair outside.

Diana’s stay was just as pictured and in such proximity to this neighborhood’s LA spots. It is nestled in the hills so it has a great view both day and night with a private patio area that is a bonus as well. There are those stairs — LOL. It’s subjective. For me it worked out okay, and Diana even offered help with my luggage if needed! You will hear the family upstairs some (mostly in the day), but that’s to be expected with a lower unit. All in all, a good stay for whenever life takes me to this part of LA again. :)

This place is honestly super cute and cozy. It’s great for families. I love how each place had its own designated outdoor areas to relax.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

My second stay here and I always love every moment. Quiet, private and tucked away down some stairs at the back of the hosts' residence. Gregory is super friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. Bed is super comfy (I have a lumbar disc issue and I did not experience any pain or discomfort). There is a sizable bathroom and attached closet with a sliding door for privacy. Perfect for a solo traveler, a couple or two very good friends. Plenty of coffee pods provided. Neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Ample parking available that does not require a resident pass. Hoping to return next year for my annual visit!

The space was cozy, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to reset and recharge. Ida was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful, and made everything effortless. We had a great stay! We were in town for a wedding and it provided a perfect place for us in between site seeing and to get ready for the wedding. It was so easy to relax after a long day of walking. They were also very helpful and quick to respond!

Great area only needed an uber for my competition everything else I was able to walk to immediately !

Pristine! Very, very clean and well laid out. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making it comfortable and usable for guests. The kitchen was especially well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the big courtyard with fountain was beautiful and private. A hedge of jasmine was in bloom! Wow. I just wish the weather had been warmer so we could have spent more time out there. The location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. There was a little noise from upstairs from time to time but nothing intrusive and Toan was always responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend staying here.
