The apartment "Biberbau" is a small cozy apartment on the Niebling farm in a quiet location at the Hohe Rhön nature reserve. A recently redesigned bedroom creates a cozy break. The 140cm bed can be used for two, but is also ideal for a single stay. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a mini kitchen in the living/dining room. In the courtyard you can park for free and, if necessary, charge the electric car at the usual market price.

The apartment itself is very cozy, has a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a bedroom, a small hallway and a bathroom with bathtub. Coming from the A7, our apartment can also be used as a stopover. It is also ideal for cyclists. The R1 bike path runs through our village.
