i cannot find the right word to explain how amazing this place is. If you are looking for a cozy cottage with stunning scenary all around you, Liz's place will definitely be the one for you. From the moment we drive into her area, you will be greeting by many sheeps. Plus, the path leading to the cottage is beautiful. You will be on top of the hill and can see the whole village. The path might be a bit challenging to drive but you will be forgetting all the difficulties once you see Liz's cottage standing in the middle of beautiful mountains and the big waterfall right behind. The cottage itself is not that big but it's the right size to make you feel comfy. Liz prepares several board games for you to enjoy as well. Actually, you don't have to go anywhere to explore. Just walk around the cottage and explore the waterfall behind the cottage is extremely impressive. You will not be sorry staying in Liz's place!

I had a very nice stay at Álvur’s apartment in Fuglafjørður 😄 The location was perfect - right in the middle of Fuglafjørður - and the apartment was very clean and easy to feel at home in 😊

The cottage (Roykstovan) was so lovely!!! It was very peaceful and quiet- loved listening to the waves. Elduvík is out of the way but worth it. We loved having fires in the wood stove at night. The kitchen is perfectly functional and the bathroom is super nice- heated floors! Staying here was an amazing getaway. Also Aksel was super nice and communicative and gave great recommendations for hikes!

We stayed three days in this beautiful boatshouse. Sitting at the small window looking at the water and the mountains was just stunning. Communication with Maria was easy and helpful. We would definetly recommend this place and hope we can come back in the future!
