Das Grundstück und Haupthaus wurden in den 1990er Jahren von verschiedenen Architekturzeitungen ausgezeichnet. Der neugebaute Meerblick-Bungalow "Fuego" ist, hell und rustikal gemütlich eingerichtet. Von Schlafzimmer und Bad hat man einen einmaligen Blick auf den Atlantik. Direkt vor dem Eingang liegt der große Swimmingpool des Haupthauses. Auf der anderen Seite des Pools ist die Sauna, eine Treppe höher der Whirlpool. Direkt neben dem Bungalow liegt die Außenküche und das Yoga-Podest.
