Relaxed, laid back and walking distance from the centre of Lajares! A great place if you want to surf or just relax. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has a total of 65m2. The house can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. The veranda has a great view and is a great place to chill. Lajares is a little village in the countryside, which is very well known by surfers and backpackers because of the central position to the famous surf-spots and virgin beaches of the north-coast. 12km from Corralejo, 35km to the Airport, 4km to the beach. In the village you can find several restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, surfshops and schools, bars and a Handicraft market on Saturdays.

Casa Guayarmina is located in a very quiet environment, a residential area without hustle and bustle, it has a clear view of the sand volcano. It is only two kilometers from Lajares, a town with a highly appreciated surfing atmosphere, and very close to Corralejo, the largest town in the north of the island where you will find restaurants of all kinds, a promenade around a beautiful beach and the small port where you can take boats to the island of Lobos and Lanzarote. "El recondito" is part of a house who nestles on the south side of Montana Colarada, a mountain which is located in a natural park. One part is occupied by my son and myself, the other part became "El recondito". The flat is very calm and warm, as a result of its unique location you will have the opportunity to witness sunsets, sunrises and exceptional starry nights. This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the climate, absorb the culture and escape from urban hustle and bustle. Welcome!

All restaurants are within walking distance, Hiperdino is just around the corner, post office, banks, bazaar, printing shops to print documents, gas station, cafes, playground, soccer field, no need to take the car at all, there is even a small beach just 100 m away. Spacious, clean house, 1 sofa bed, large shower, 2 140 cm double beds in bunk beds with TV.
