The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

The flat in the 2nd floor without elevator (42 m² with balcony) is located in central quiet and green. 5 minutes walk to the tram, which takes you to the center in 8 minutes. Free parking around the building. Microwave, tea, coffee and smoothie maker available. For babies (under 2 years) no bed and towel are provided! The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.
