Nice and very well-equipped house in a prime location in Frutillar. Beautiful views from the house and its garden (volcanoes and meadows). Very close to the lake, restaurants and lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in gral. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people maximum. Twenty-one species of native trees were planted on the property, and you can walk among them.

Comfortable and cozy house to feel at home. It is fully equipped, has a water heater with hot water, slow combustion, and parking. It is a closed site, and includes a washing machine and Wi-Fi. The house can accommodate 7 people. Located in a villa at the entrance of Frutillar Alto (behind Cruz del Sur bus terminal), but minutes from downtown, supermarkets, and about 5 minutes from the spa. Pets are welcome! I DO NOT INCLUDE TOWELS, THE GUEST MUST BRING THEM.
