This house far exceeded our expectations, we were a large family group and we were all very comfortable and had a great time. The house is large and the spaces are well distributed. The patio is spacious and nice and has several areas to be in, with and without rain. The tub is very large and heats up super fast, we use it every day. The condo is beautiful, with amazing views of the volcano and private beach. Everything was really wonderful, we were happy.

Very friendly host willing to solve problems. Since I didn't bring a hair dryer, he kindly lent me one daily. The house is comfortable, spacious and the best part is that it's between 15 to 20 minutes from downtown. I look forward to returning very soon...

House with excellent location counts with everything you need, fully equipped, really like being at home, very good location and excellent environment, tranquility and total security. In addition, Felipe was always aware of everything and Gaspar, his adorable pet was like family, we brought nice photos of him. Also, note that the house has a garden, and all the spaces are very good. I congratulate Felipe and family for their home, I hope to be back soon!.

The house was just like the photos, a very comfortable and pleasant house to enjoy as a family. The house was located about a 15-minute walk from downtown, which was super comfortable for walking and getting to know the surroundings. The neighborhood was very quiet for a few days of rest. Mrs. Irma was very nice and loving, she was constantly concerned that we arrived safely, she explained how to get to the house, places to visit, etc. She was always attentive in case we needed anything.
