Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. Restaurants, bars, a distillery, shopping, and ice cream are a short walk from the cottage. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

This home offers a private setting within a small sleepy town. Just minutes from the White Lake Pier, downtown Montague, White River and much more. The home is set up great for families and pets with a lakeside view. There are three bedrooms, a living room with a fold out single bed and a futon downstairs that pulls out into a full bed. Downstairs allows for a great entertainment space and upstairs has a relaxing environment. Fully fenced in yard allows for dogs and kiddos to run around freely.

Peaceful home in the woods. This 2 bedroom cottage is is tucked behind the yellow lake house and has views of woods from the house and views of Lake Michigan at the back of the property. There is free beach access 1/2 mile down the road and state park access within 3-5 miles. It is close to several light houses, golf, entertainment, bike/hiking trails. Owner lives at back of property in the yellow house. Sorry, due to allergies this is a no pet, non-smoking home. Absolutely no parties.

Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.
