Welcome to stay in our guest house in the middle of Paradiset - Sparsör! The house has its own private entrance from the parking lot. You have a bedroom and a spacious kitchen combined with living room. In the kitchen there is a cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, and kitchen equipment. In the bathroom there is a washer/dryer. Accommodation is best suited for max 2 adults and 2 children. Double bed can be shared, as well as an extra single bed available. The house is located in a scenic area, with about 1 km down to the lake. Private patio and barbecue to use.

Enjoy in this peaceful, newly renovated house with forest and hiking trails close to the plot. Wi-Fi is located in the house. In walking distance there is a lake with swimming area and possibility to rent a boat for, for example, fishing. Rental of boat and fishing license is purchased in the restaurant at the rest area by the lake. 3 km from the house is Borås golf club. You also have the proximity to central Borås which is easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. In Sweden you can hike freely in the forest and nature but do not go into private plots.

Cozy cottage overlooking Öresjö in quiet residential area. Sleeping loft with two beds and sofa bed with two beds. Wood-burning stove for cozy bonfires is available, and wood is included. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is located at about 1 km distance to the public bathing area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20 minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

Nice lake cabin by Öresjö

Unwind in this unique lake cottage in a fantastic location at Öresjön. Quiet location with beautiful sunset. Fishing 🎣 Sofa bed with room for 2 on the ground floor and loft with room for 2 -3 beds/mattresses. Small bathroom/wc. Outdoor sink (dishwashing is done outdoors). In the cottage, however, there is a smaller refrigerator, a simpler hot plate (double plates) and a microwave. 2 grills outdoors (charcoal grill not included). Access to boat/canoe Sheets/towels are not included but can be arranged some weeks for SEK 150 per set.

Stay quiet and centrally close to forest and swimming lake. With private patio and free parking. Bus stop a few hundred meters away from there buses go to all parts of the city. A double bed and a sofa bed, possibly sheets and towels can be offered at a cost of SEK 50/person on request . A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher machine and its own washing machine. Bathroom with shower. The apartment is located in the entrance/basement of a villa with lower ceiling height as a basement. The apartment is left cleaned.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Apartment on small Västgötagård

Welcome to a small apartment in the courtyard barn with its own patio and nature as well as the sheep around. The farm, which is from the 1880s, is located about 20 km from Borås, and 7 km to the nearest community with larger ICA store. It is about 5 km to fantastic swimming area and of course there is a parking space for the car by the house.
