On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

We have been the happy owners of the house since 2017 and have renovated it with love and knot grease. Today, the house serves as our little oasis and we love spending time out here, year round. With the sea a few steps from the house and the harbor, restaurants, fish shop, supermarket, etc. less than 1 km away, everything can be done on foot, or with the use of the two bicycles available. The gazebo in the garden is the perfect place to relax with a good dinner, and here you can sit and listen to the noise of the waves.

Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels. Built 1777, modernized and the roof extended 2023 - we love it. The house can also be booked together with the separate annex for up to 8 guests via the advert "Petrines Hus 2."

# 1 - 'Jacob Paludan' by Hanstholm Lighthouse

The flat is located in the center of the lighthouse complex, overlooking the tower to the north and the lighthouse keeper's residence to the south. To the west, you can see the wild North Sea. This flat is named after the author Jacob Paludan, whose book 'Birds around the Lighthouse' from 1925 is based on precisely the people and nature of Hanstholm.
