It's the small apartment in Auronzo di Cadore where I spend the Christmas holidays. A few kilometers from Cortina d'Ampezzo, San Candido and Dobbiaco. Living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor of a newly renovated house a stone's throw from the bike path and the . The parking lot and the supermarket are less than 100 meters away. Auronzo di Cadore is the town of Lake Misurina and the Three Summits of Lavaredo near Cortina d'Ampezzo, Dobbiaco, San Candido and Brunico.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and big groups. Close to the sea and 10 minutes from the city in an ancient 19th century villa. The WOW effect is the 180° view of the gulf, visible from the entire apartment and from the large terrace. Relax in the large garden and take a walk in the private woods! If you're lucky you'll see the fawns that live there. The bus stop and free parking are directly below the house.

The site is extremely comfortable and very well located, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby market. The proximity to the lake is a great advantage, and I was able to reach the lake of Braies peacefully. Even though I did not master the language, I was received with great attention and all the information was accurately explained, it has the necessary kitchen, bed, table and bath items. Super recommend it!

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

We really enjoyed staying in the house. It was secluded but near people, has a lovely flowing river across the road; lots of villages and forests and spectacular mountains nearby. Villa Cecone is worth visiting as are the caves. Bed is comfortable. We also loved Gelindo’s family restaurant about 25 mins away. Friendly and helpful staff and very good food and wine. We enjoyed our stay and Gelindo’s prompt response to our questions.

It was one of the best places we could have gone. We stayed in the apartment for a week in August. We really enjoyed an apartment in a homely atmosphere, clean and well equipped. The view from the apartment is great. It is centrally located near many attractions within walking distance or a short drive. The owner of the apartment, Valeria, is very nice. She speaks good English.

A spacious bed with a light-colored quilted mattress and two pillows is positioned on a raised platform. Slanted wooden ceilings create a cozy atmosphere, with soft ambient lighting illuminating the room.

We were received in a very friendly manner. We were provided with very good bicycles, so you could quickly and comfortably get into the city. When the coffee machine did not work, we were immediately given a new machine and coffee. The terrace is especially beautiful because you have a lot of evening sun, we really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, we will be happy to come back!

Justine's review is absolutely spot on and so beautifully written, there is not much more we can offer other than a resounding endorsement! My husband and I were fortunate to have stayed in Silvio's lovely apartment for a week and could have happily remained for an entire month. Easily one of the most memorable, comfortable, and relaxing properties we've ever rented, and the perfect location for exploring the wonderful region of Friuli -Venezia Giulia. And if you need a change of cultural pace, be sure to enjoy the close-by enchanting nature preserve and mountain trails. Silvio and Nataly were exceptional hosts, only adding to the optimal level of our stay - do not hesitate to book and try to add a few extra days to soak in all that this delightful town and area have to offer - there's much more than prosciutto, as delicious as it is. We can't wait to return!

We stayed at this property for a weekend. The environment was thoughtful, tidy, and very clean. The kitchen is golden of comforts such as a coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. We enjoyed finding sheets and towels included in the price of the apartment. The location is close to the center and convenient to reach even if the garage is a little small and uncomfortable to park. The host is very kind, clear in the directions and available for clarification and information.

Beautiful and cozy apartment. Well equipped and felt like home. The lake and the main street were only a 3-minute walk, with stunning views from both inside and outside the apartment. Monica was accommodating and available for all of our needs.
