Beautiful base for wonderful hiking and cycling tours in 't Twentse land. Recreation area 't Rutbeek nearby, as well as 't Buurserzand and Witteveen. The guest house has all the comforts, including bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, but also tea, coffee, herbs, toilet paper, paper towels and dishwashing cubes for the dishwasher have been thought of.

Wonderful romantic log cabin in beautiful hiking area. There are beautiful bike and mountain bike routes. Entire is detached with lots of privacy with small garden. It is fully furnished. There is no stove , but a refrigerator with freezer, a combi oven and Nespresso machine. Bathroom with shower, and toilet. 1 double bed, sofa and a flat-screen TV.. Bath and bed linen is provided. No breakfast is offered.

Moin. We had lake views, beautiful rooms, there was nothing missing: the kitchen was fully equipped. The area is peacefully harmonious, the chickens and dog run around in the garden. We were allowed to feed them, it was cute😉. Nadine and family are very nice and always have a tip for excursions. We would come back anytime. Greetings, Yvonne and Lars 💐🐰Happy Easter 🐣🪺

Wonderful holiday in cosy & warm accommodation. Loved the coffee machine and comfortable bed. Quiet location within easy walking distance of places to eat, supermarket, cycle hire, bus stop. We didn't need a car as there is a direct bus service to and from Schiphol airport. We hired bikes locally on Irene's recommendation, and had a fabulous time cycling around the tulip fields and the dunes. Booking, checking in and checking out were all straight forward. Thank you for such an enjoyable holiday!

Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we were missing proper support cushions for the neck. The wifi often lacked the connection, it often broke off. Maybe an amplifier would help. Some cobwebs were visible in the door frame at the top and in the kitchen. The mirrors could have been cleaner too. Once the fuse flew out when I wanted to use the toaster. Maybe something is wrong with the device. Otherwise we felt very, very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of space for our family gathering. All of this is just for improving the next stay. We felt very comfortable and would come back any time. Thank you for the wonderful time and the friendly hostess.

My stay at Gerrits's Guesthouse was great!! The apartment is beautifully and aesthetically furnished, a dream! I immediately felt comfortable there. The little welcome gift was also very warm. The location in Grou is in a beautiful environment and at the same time central. Communication was very straightforward. It was beautiful, come back anytime!

An amazing find! Frans’ place is so unique and beautiful. The boat is a fun adventure and Frans did a great tutorial for me. They were both super flexible and accommodating, and their son too. The little cottage is gorgeous and perfect for what we needed. Got amazing sleep on the island so peaceful. Very easy parking setup too for my rental car. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
