We love this house! Outside area is better than shown; easy access to the sound. Great for water activities. The decks were wonderful on the back of the house, especially for sunsets and star gazing! Hot tu.b was an extra bonus. We’d rent this house again; entire family enjoyed it!

We had a great time! Tim was super responsive and helpful when we had questions, the space is super cute, and everyone we spoke to who lived on the block was so friendly and kind. We took a risk and went during hurricane season, so we knew there was a chance of getting rained or flooded out -- the street that the cottage is on flooded a little bit because it had rained a ton, but SUVs and trucks were able to drive through, and we were able to park along the road a few houses down. The water didn't get up to the house, we felt super safe. Huge shout out to Tim for answering all of my nervous questions, haha.

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's an incredible location with more than enough space for 4+ adults and can easily fit more. Quiet, tons of natural light with phenomenal sunset views every night (sunrises not too shabby either). Comfortable furniture, good AC, great kitchen space and amenities. Enough kayaks and paddle boards for the Brady bunch family. Good shower pressure and internet. Master bed was very soft for those with bad backs like myself but stellar stay overall.

Julyan was very pleasant to work with. Everything you see in his listing is spot on. He was very helpful. He provided a lot of information about restaurants, places to visit, shops, things to do, and companies that provide fishing excursions. He stayed in contact with me from the minute I booked his lovely home till the day my family checked out. He provides detailed instructions of what is expected upon check-out to avoid an added cleaning fee. I would absolutely book with him again.

Rachel’s place was perfect for our getaway for two. The condo is located on the sound side with beautiful views of the sunset. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and TV was easy to use. The bed was very comfortable, too comfortable actually! We loved it! Hope we get to come back again soon!

We had a wonderful time in Frisco. Keith’s place was beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed to be at home. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the deck overlooking the sound and our days were spent on the beach which we accessed just down the road on Ramp 49. The grandkids had a blast and had plenty to keep them busy while we were in the house. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Great place tucked away and loved the dock to take my kayak out. Christo even generously allowed us to use their kayak and paddleboards. Nice little canal to paddle around. The house was perfect for our Moms trip. 8 ladies and all were happy with the house so that says a lot! Well equipped, clean, comfortable. Loved that we had a pool. We were only there 1 full day so didn't get a chance to use it. Also the outdoor shower was great to help keep sand out. Super close to Avon Pier and several restaurants. I would recommend Christo's home to anyone!

Great location, if you're new to outerbanks you'll never get lost finding this place. It's right across the Buxton water tower/radio station. It's quiet and private. We stayed for a week, easy drive to everywhere you want to be. It's walking distance to Pamlico cafe. Clean place, got everything you need. We spend most of our time out on the beach during the day. I wish there was a water faucet outside to wash our sandy feet. The kitchen has everything you need. Our host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She's very accommodating and made sure that our family is well situated.
