This is a one-bedroom house with a living room and kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This place is tucked away from the busy streets which makes it the perfect place to relax and rest while you enjoy the beautiful country experience. This property is located right off of Highway 84 West. It is about ten minutes from the Monroeville Square and Courthouse. It is also ten minutes from our local Walmart and some good eating places and the Pulp Mill located at 2373 Lena Landegger Hwy.

For my family, the location and peace of the house was just what we were looking for. We live 9 hours away but have close community connections so it’s nice to stay in a home away from home. There were plenty of linens and the various items you need to live in it.

A coffee station is arranged on a beige countertop, featuring a coffee maker alongside a glass carafe. Various sweeteners in individual packets are neatly displayed on a coffee-themed mat. The warm-toned brick wall adds a touch of character to the kitchen area.

Joann’s b&b was spacious ,cozy and private. Joann and her husband were very friendly and welcoming but also respectful of our privacy.

Such a beautiful private area. Susan was an excellent host. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Definitely would have stayed longer if our trip had permitted. The large back porch was relaxing morning and evening.

This place worked perfect for our trip! The location was the best for the things on our to do list. It was a very nice place that I have already recommended to family.

Place was very nice, clean, and well furnished/decorated. Once I found the message on how to access, entry was easy. It was pricey for Monroeville, but part of that was impacted by the Harper Lee birthday celebration that weekend
