The apartment was really great. Modern furnished and super clean. Everything your heart desires. Kitchen was super equipped with everything I need as a hobby cook. The path to the pedestrian zone is about 10 minutes away and super easy to reach. Lidl, Aldi and Edeka 1 min away. Parking lot with lockable shed for bicycles/e-bikes with socket is already great. From us 10/10 points. Thank you

We had a very nice time with Vanessa and Mirko, the area was quiet and the apartment very clean. There was enough space for all of us and it was very nicely decorated. It was cozy and gave you a direct "home" feeling. We will be happy to come back!

The four of us spent a wonderful New Year's Eve at the apartment. For two couples, the layout with the two double beds and the one bedroom is very good. The living area and the sleeping floor were quickly heated to a nice temperature even in winter temperatures. The kitchen is equipped with the most necessary and has a dishwasher despite the small size, which was very convenient. The apartment was clean and absolutely corresponded to the description. The communication in advance and during the stay was very friendly and pleasant and we received all the information needed without having to ask for it. Check-in and check-out via the key safe went smoothly and was perfect for us. The dyke and the North Sea are really just a stone's throw away which was also very cool. We felt absolutely comfortable in the cozy apartment and can highly recommend a stay.

We were very well received by Monique and the house met our expectations. However, it is not barrier-free (was also not indicated as such) and for tall people the bathrooms could be difficult to use (very low ceilings/showers). Luckily, we're all pretty small. 😉 Monique was very easy to reach and answered all our questions quickly. The kitchen is well equipped and otherwise we found or received everything we needed. We felt very comfortable. A bakery, a supermarket and various restaurants are within walking distance. Everything else, however, only by bike or car.

A covered terrace is visible through large sliding glass doors, featuring a spacious dining table surrounded by several chairs. Natural light floods the area, highlighting the soft curtains that frame the entrance and the greenery visible beyond.

A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy nature. Located really directly on the beach, directly at the Friedrichskoog lace that reaches all the way to the sea. Easy to reach by car, with private parking. Also right around the corner restaurants and delicious ice cream. The apartment has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. I will be more than happy to come back!
