The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes' walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau Sprudelhof, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the residence of Elvis and his family during his army service in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room in Bad Nauheim during this time....! The apartment has an ideal location in Friedberg’s inner city. 5 minute walk to reach central station: Frankfurt-Central Station by regional train (20 min) and suburban train S6 (35 min) and Gießen-Central Station (30 min). Frankfurt-Fair by suburban train S6 (25 min). 20 minutes drive by car to the motorway access A5. There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Nice apartment located in the heart of Butzbach

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

Das Himmelbett – 5-minute walk to the train station

Eva's "Himmelbett-Wohnung" is on the second floor of a large, detached house from 1907. It is accessible via a spiral staircase from the outside. It can accommodate up to three people and has a small kitchenette, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is lovingly and functionally furnished. A lot of emphasis was placed on high-quality beds and plenty of light. Parquet flooring and exposed roof beams make the apartment cozy.

The apartment near the station, 44 sqm, is on the ground floor with its own entrance. As sleeping options you will find a double bed (160x200) and a sofa, which can be converted into a double bed (160x200). Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. In the fitted kitchen you will find a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. There is another sleeping space available on the sofa bed.

The place is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Close to a supermarket, bakery, café, pharmacy and bus stop. The beautiful Bad Nauheim city center with all the sights, the Sprudelhof thermal baths and the spa gardens are not far away and within walking distance. Likewise, the property is close to the A5 (exit Ober-Mörlen).
